6 APRIL For the groups coming by bus, the meeting point will be HOTELS. Others coming by plane will be taken from AIRPORT. Free time until 20:00 for dinner at the hotel. 21:00 All group leaders will meet in a hotel for festival information.

10 APRIL 08:00-11:00 breakfast. After breakfast groups may leave from Batumi.

FESTIVAL GENERAL CONDITIONS: Festival organization committee will provide one English
speaking guide to each group for helping with program schedule Most programs are held in the evening however, some daytime programs are also scheduled. Performances are approximately 6- 10 minutes. The time of the performance groups will show of their performance 2-3 time dates festival time.. We are going to invite 8 countries . ( Folklore, Modern Dance, Choir, music, children, young and adult groups) During the festival, there will be three times of gift exchanges.

TRANSPORTATION:  If the group is going to by PLANE, we are going to hire a bus for their all ground transportation.  Groups will pay this bus cost. Bus, serves throughout the festival dates (Airport transfers, excursions program transfers ( visit historical area ), and transfers to the field performance). On the first day of the festival, a transportation fee should be paid to the festival committee.
A- Transfers from Batumi air-port and back will be 10 euro per person (group of 20 persons)
B- Transfers from and back to Kutaisi air-port will be  20 euro per person both ways;
C- Transfers from and back to Tbilisi air-ports will be 30 euro per person both ways;
D- Transportation during the festival days 20 euro total for all periods (4 festival days);  Group of 20 persons. The prices will be correct according to the group participants' number.

P.S: All payments have to be paid in cash (travel cheque not acceptable) on the first day of the festival., they should send their deposit ( hotel or organization committee account number ) % 30 till 01 March 2023. The deposit is non-refundable.

TECHNICAL & ARTISTIC INFORMATION:
Festival Committee will give Certificate, plates and souvenirs will be given for each group All the
basic needs are provided by the festival organization, such as lightning, microphones on one side
of the stage for musicians. The groups will perform at open-air stages or concert halls mostly during the day, however, some daily performances will be in the festival schedule as well.

FESTIVAL MEDICAL INSURANCE:
All groups are required to secure MEDICAL INSURANCE before coming to the festival. The organization committee won’t pay any medical or hospital costs incurred during the festival period. However, for any emergency situations, we will provide an ambulance.

ACTIVITIES DURING THE FESTIVAL:
Groups will visit the historical area, shopping centrum, and Public baazar.
