GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Groups may participate in the next categories: 

- Choreographic Groups ( folk, modern, modern folk, ballet, hip-hop, disco, ballroom dances  and etc.)                                    

 - Choirs (children , adult, folklore and classic choirs, mixed choirs)

 -Vocal ( folk and modern bands , solo, duet, trio…. Ensembles) 

-Instrumental  Groups ( folklore instrumental , modern bands groups)

- Fashion theatres and model agencies 

- Theatres and artistic reading groups 

  2. There is no age and number limit. 

   The age of  participants is may range from :

     Children groups  6 – 10 y., 11-13y.,14-16 y. 

                  Youth groups 17-25 years old  

                  Adults  25 years old and more 

                  Veteran groups 

 3.  There is no contest fee. 

 4. For dance groups it is possible both live music and high quality records. For choirs and vocalists (-) or (-1) records or live music .

CONTEST REQUIREMENTS:

   ALL CHOREOGRAPHIC GROUPS and FASHION THEATRES  PREPARE max 8 minprogram for opening and closing ceremonies , max 10 min program for the contest( if group needs brake itfor costume changing , it must inform about this Festival Organization Committee 1 month before) . Recorded music is allowed (group needs high quality USB flashes one reserve records ). If group has live music, it must send technical rider (how much microphones does it need and what kind of instruments it use , position of musicians on the stage) .

   VOCAL AND INSTRUMENTAL GROUPS  PREPARE max 7 min program for the festival opening and closing days and max 8 min program for the contestRecords for vocalists willallowed (-) or (-1).

 THEATERS AND ARTISTIC READING GROUPS PREPARE max 8 min program for all performances

              THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The flashes of phonogram are represent only USB. We do not accept records with MP-3 format and compact flashes. The records must be high-quality and professional. Group must have reserve copy ofrecord .For groups with live music: group leaders must to send technical rider of the instruments , numberof microphonesandmap of places on the stage

ADMISSION:

1. The groups will arrive in the Batumi in the afternoon on the 04^thof July and departure on the 09^th of July after breakfast. 
2. All participants must to have the travel health insurance before they come to our country. 
3. All group-leaders must bring banner of the country they represent and 3-4 souvenirs for protocol visits with official persons and organizers.

THE   PRELIIMINARY PROGRAM:

04 July

12:00 - the arrival of the groups   accommodation in the hotel 

20:00 - dinner 

21:00 - Meeting with the group leaders, discussing the festival program.

05 July 

09:00- Breakfast in the hotel. 

11:00-Parade in Batumi Boulevard. 

14:00- Rehearsal .First day performance.. City tour, visiting historical 

             places , sightseeing and boating tour  ( in additional 10 euro) .

20:00- Dinner in the hotel 

06 July 

09:00 – Breakfast in the hotel 

  Free day .Excursion day. Possible for a long distance (additional price) 

20:00- Dinner at the hotel 

07 July 

09:00- Breakfast 

10:00 – Free day, possible excursion on the long distance.  (additional price)

20:00- Dinner at the hotel 

08 July 

09:00- Breakfast

11:00- Conference for group leaders. Meeting with the festival organizers, sponsors and official representatives, gift exchange

13:00 – Performance of Contest program.

18:00- Ceremony of Groups Awarding 

20:00- Dinner at the hotel 

09  July 

09:00- breakfast 

12:00 – Departure of groups

 The Organization  Committee has the right to  change the program.
