Batumi- The Las Vegas of the Black Sea

Batumi is the pearl of Georgia on the Black Sea coast and the largest resort city in the country. It is the best place for a summer beach vacation in Georgia, with a long promenade full of entertainment, an old quarter with bars, restaurants, and souvenir stores, and many beautiful locations in the surrounding area. Batumi is perfect for a fun trip with its warm Georgian charm and tropical climate.

Accommodation

Accommodation.  

Accommodation will be in the 3***and 3*** standard hotels in KOBULETI /GONIO  (10- 15 km from Batumi) near the seaside(100 -150 m from the beach) . All hotels have their own open swimming pool. 

 There will be 2 Double Room for drivers and group leaders, for group - Triple and Quadruple Rooms. All rooms have: air-conditioner; TV; own bathroom; refregerator;free WI-FI;  most of rooms have  balcony.

The food:  three times a day ( Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner) 

      The payment for the groups will be:  

For 1 night – 38 euro per person
For 5 nights – 190 euro per person
For 6 nights – 228euro per person
For 7 nights – 266 euro per person

 The groups can stay more nights.

 

For group of  20 person -1  group leader is charge free

For  group of  50 members – 3 people  are free  

 

 

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: 

  • The accommodation  in the hotel  with 3 meals a day (breakfast , lunch and dinner)  ,
  • transportation during the festival performances
  • awarding of participants with diplomas and medals
  • performances in the concert halls , for group leaders festival cups and special gifts,  
  • participation in 2-3 performances , gift exchange with group leaders and organizersFor groups, which will stay additional days will be providing the transportation as well 

 TRANSPORTATION : 

 All groups have the obligation to come in Georgia and back by their own payments , the organization Committee will provide the free transportation during the festival performances.

JURY STAFF

On the FESTIVAL- CONTEST will work INTERNATIONAL  JURY STAFF. Jury staff consists from the honored art-workers from different countries and Georgia. All Jury members will get their Certificates. The maximum number of points are 10. The Jury member has not right to vote for his /her country groups.  The Festival Committee will sum up points and the participants with maximum number of point will get GRAND PRIX.  The Organization Committee will send the evaluation criteria for all participant groups according their genre. Participants will get I, II, III places, Grand-prix AND SPECIAL PRIZES FROM SPONSORS. All participants will get diploma and medal of the festival, group leaders- special presents and cups.

  The rules for contest participation:

      FESTIVAL-CONTEST REQUIREMENTS :

ALL CHOREOGRAPHIC GROUPS and FASHION THEATRES  PREPARE 5-10 MIN FOR OPENING AND CLOSING CEREMONIES AND ON CONTEST  DAY – 8-10 MIN NON-STOP PROGRAM  ( if group needs brake it  for costume changing , it must inform organization Committee 1 month before) . 

  VOCAL AND INSTRUMENTAL GROUPS  PREPARE 4-5 MIN PROGRAM FOR FESTIVAL OPENING AND GALA – CONCERT , 2 SNGS ON THE CONTEST . Records for vocalists will  allowed (-) or (-1).

THEATER AND ART  READNG GROUPS prepare maximum 10 min program  for contest and 5 -7 min program for opening and closing ceremonies .

  THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The flashes of phonogram are represent only USB. We do not accept records with MP-3 format and compact flashes. The records must be high-quality and professional. 

   From their country to Batumi the groups are reach in their own amount.  All the members must have health insurance. Organizers can provide transportation for additional days. 

 The participant groups must have:

1. Medical insurance

2. Their national flag of country and 2-3 national souvenirs.  

3. Groups must send  in the Organizing  Committee all documents and the pre-payment  20% of the total sum  before the 01 of May 2025.  

     Other payment groups pay in the first day after arriving cash. Bank cards are not allowed .If any group needs official documents of the payment it must inform the organizers one month before the arriving 

 

   Preliminary program:

15 JUJLY 

  • 12:00 - the arrival of the groups ,  accommodation in the hotel  .
  • 20:00 - dinner
  • 21:00 - Meeting with the group leaders, discussing the festival program.

16 JULY

  • 09:00- Breakfast in the hotel.
  • 11:00-Parade in Batumi Boulevard.
  • 14:00- Rehearsal .First day performance..  City tour , visiting  historical places , sightseeing and  boating
  • 20:00- Dinner in the hotel

17 JULY

  • 09:00- Breakfast
  • 10:00 – Free day , possible excursion on the long distance. (additional price)
  • 20:00- Dinner at the hotel

18 JULY 

  • 09:00 – Breakfast in the hotel
  • 10:00- Conference for group leaders .Meeting with the festival organizers, sponsors and official representatives, gift exchange
  • Free day .Excursion  day. Possible for a long distance (in an additional price)
  • 20:00- Dinner at the hotel

19 JULY

  • 09:00- Breakfast
  • 13:00 – Rehearsal , Performance of Contest program.
  • 18:00- Ceremony of Groups Awarding
  • 20:00- Dinner at the hotel

20JULY 

  • 12:00 – Departure of groups 

 The program can be changed by the organizers
