Because of the archaeological and natural riches of the area, Antalya is also known as the Turkish Riviera. The sun, sea, nature and history combine to form a very popular resort, highlighted by some of the cleanest beaches in the Mediterranean. The 630km shoreline of the province is liberally scattered with ancient cities, harbours, memorial tombs and beaches, secluded coves and lush forests, many of which are easily accessible from the city.
With its palm-lined boulevard, internationally-acclaimed marina, and old castle with traditional architecture, all set amidst a modern city, Antalya is a major tourist centre in Turkey. In addition to the wide selection of hotels, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops, the city also plays host to a number of sporting events throughout the year, like International Beach Volleyball, triathlon, golf tournaments, archery, tennis and canoeing competitions. The Cultural Center, which opened in 1995, hosts cultural and art events in the fields of music, theater, and creative arts. The main
area of interest in the city is central old quarter within the Roman walls, known as Kaleici, and there are many good museums.
Internatıonal “ Antalya Dance Music Culture Festival” will be arranged between 02 - 07 May 2020 in Manavgat - Antalya.
Participants have to come Antalya Manavgat on 02 May Saturday ,hotel check in time is 14.00 and leaving time is 07 May Thursday , check out time is 11.00 a.m
There is not any limit for participant number.
Participants can use CD or live music .
Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision.
Festival committee will take care of weather conditions.
While festival,participants will prepare their performance ,3 - 6 and at most 8 minutes longer.
Performance will showed in open area.Performances will showed in areas which are 9 * 8 meter.
Festival committee will give a guide to all groups while festival.Festival language is English.
There will be historical and touristy trips for participants in free times. Furthermore, there will be ,aqua park and yacht trip tours (with extra payment)
While festival, every groups security will be ensured by festival committee.
Event Fee will be 130 Euro.
The groups will accommodate in the hotel which is all inclusive with 4 stars and near to the beach. Grand Seker Hotel (grandsekerhotel.com.tr) . Hotel check in time is 14.00 o’clock ,check out time is 11.00 o’clock
Those groups who would like to check in the hotel early in the morning ,they can check in earlier at 08.00 o’clock by paying additional 5 euro per person and they can also have their breakfast in the hotel.
Also those who would like to have their lunches at the hotel on the leaving day can have their lunches by paying additional 5 euro per person and can leave the hotel at 14.00 o’clock.
There is no any chance for us to check in earlier and check out later.
The whole accommodation will be done in the rooms which are triple or quatriple. In triple rooms, the third beds and in quatriple rooms, the forth beds will be extra beds. Therefore, these beds will be smaller and less comfortable beds than the other standard beds.
For each of the extra nights, the additional price is 26 Euro and only 2 nights of extra accommodation is allowed.
For accommodations that will be done in double rooms, there is an additional price as 8 euro per day per person.
For accommodations that will be done in single rooms, there is an additional price as 16 euro per day.
For every 26 person, there will be a free accommodation given for 1 person.

How to get there
The groups which will come by bus to the city will use their own bus for all local transportation.
Those who will come by plane are responsible for their transportation from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport. The festival committee can guide these groups in terms of arranging a bus to rent. All the local transportation of the groups which will come by plane will be arranged by the festival committee.
