We can provide the following services for your group:

• accommodation during the trip (in case you need a sleepover to
• your way to the chosen destination)
• accommodation during the festival event you attend
• travel and transportation tips and assistance
• purchasing airplane and bus tickets
• organizing transportation for a group or individuals
• assist and advise in the procedure of issuing visas (if needed)

PARTICIPATION FEE:

• 320 Euro per person - 10 days (9 Nights) – 1 Level hotel accommodation (2, 3, 4-bed
  rooms), meals 3 times a day; transportation is free on concert days;
• 400 Euro per person - 10 days (9 Nights) – 2 Level hotel accommodation (2, 3, 4 bed rooms), meals 3 times a day; transportation is free on concert days;
• Also, we can offer you any type of star hotel;

Note: accommodation will be located in the City of Kobuleti; hotels will be specified after the type and level of hotel will be chosen by each participating group.

DISCOUNT: Every 16th participant of a Festival participant group is free from the Festival fee;

PAYMENT METHOD:

At the moment of submitting an application a participating group transfers 50% advance payment of the whole fee to be paid. Remaining 50% is to be transferred not later than a week ahead of the start of Festival.
