We can provide the following services for your group:

• accommodation during the trip (in case you need a sleepover to
• your way to the chosen destination)
• accommodation during the festival event you attend
• travel and transportation tips and assistance
• purchasing airplane and bus tickets
• organizing transportation for a group or individuals
• assist and advise in the procedure of issuing visas (if needed)

PARTICIPATION FEE:

- 250 Euro per person - 5 days – 2 Star hotel accommodation (2, 3, 4-bed rooms), meals 3
times a day; transportation is free on concert days;
- 350 Euro per person - 5 days – 3 Star hotel accommodation (2, 3, 4 bed rooms), meals 3
times a day; transportation is free on concert days;
- 400 Euro per person - 5 days – 4 Star hotel accommodation (2, 3 bed rooms), meals 3
times a day; transportation is free on concert days;
- 500-600 Euro per person - 5 days – 5 Star hotel accommodation (2, 3 bed rooms), meals 3
times a day; transportation is free on concert days.

Note: accommodation will be located in the City of Tbilisi; hotels will be specified after the type and level of hotel will be chosen by each participating group.

*Supplement for double room – 10 euro per day per person.
*Supplement for single room – 15 euro per day per person.

Participation fee does not include:
- Additional day in the hotels: 25, 35, 45, 50-60 euro per person per day (depending on the category of service selected);
- Optional tours;
- International Transport, insurance;
- Transfer (Airport - Hotel)

DISCOUNT: Every 16th participant of a Festival participant group is free from the Festival fee;

PAYMENT METHOD:

At the moment of submitting an application a participating group transfers 50% advance payment of the whole fee to be paid. Remaining 50% is to be transferred not later than a week ahead of the start of Festival.
