Jury members
Members of the jury are selected by the organizers each time depending on the employment of Maestro and on the applications received from the participants. The exact composition of the jury will be communicated to the participants in advance. You can consult the list of possible jury members by visiting the “artists and jury members”.

Cost of participation
In each nomination, the participant/team can submit no more than 2 works with a duration of no more than 8 minutes in total to the competition. Artists can present a maximum of 2 works of the А3 format (including passport, frame)
Soloists and artists – € 65.00
Duet/per duet – € 95.00
Collective 3-10 people/person – € 35.00
Team 11-25 people/person – € 25.00
Team > 25 people/person – € 20.00

* Participants/groups wishing to submit more than two performances in one nomination to the Competition pay € 10.00 per person per performance.
* Participants/groups wishing to take part in the Festival-Competition in an additional nomination
pay a repeated contribution for participation in full (with the above discount in case of purchase of a package with placement from the organizers)
* In case of violation of timing, the participant’s performance will be interrupted, the participant
may be disqualified.

The cost includes:
– participation in the Festival in one nomination
– international diploma for each participant
– commemorative signs to laureates of the 1st degree and Grand Prix
– letters of thanks (maximum 4 pcs per team)
– work of jury members
– work of organizers
– operation of light/ouadio technicians
– rental of technical basic equipment
– use of piano

Rehearsal time
Soloists – 2 minutes (both works)
Duets and bands – 3 minutes (both works)
Time for rehearsal, including entering the stage, means marking the scene, adjusting the microphone, adjusting the instrument, etc. Rehearsals will be held according to the schedule provided by the organizers, the violation of which is equivalent to a voluntary refusal of rehearsal.
The organizers do not provide classes and rooms for warm-up of participants, since the competitive
the part takes place in the form of exams, for which participants must come prepared.

Sample Event Program
The program includes:
– everyday classes on the beach with teachers of folk dances, music. instruments / included in pack
– short evening concerts and outdoor performances / included in the pack
– excursions to the cities of arts: Rome and the Vatican, Loreto and the Frasassi Grottoes, Bari, Naples, and Pompeii. Excursions are carried out with the recruitment of at least 25 people / paid separately
– disco / pack included
– rest on the beach with animation program / included in the pack
* The exact schedule of registration of participants and the festival line will be communicated to the participants additionally.
* In case of a large number of participants, the festival will be held for 2 or more days.
