Overview

Paris, France's capital, is a major European city and a global center for art, fashion, gastronomy, and culture. Its 19th-century cityscape is crisscrossed by wide boulevards and the River Seine. Beyond such landmarks as the Eiffel Tower and the 12th-century, Gothic Notre-Dame cathedral, the city is known for its cafe culture and designer boutiques along the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré.

Accommodation in the
selected accommodation unit.
Free time for individual activities.

2nd day - 2nd May

09:00 Briefing with the organizers and other
participating ensembles.
10:00 Optional Sightseeing Tour of Paris.
17:30 Dinner
19:00 Gathering of the groups. Defile.
19:30 Opening ceremony of the festival.
Performances of the groups
(The detailed program of the festival and the
order of appearances will be submitted to the
groups on their arrival)
The closing ceremony of the festival, plaque and
diploma award, exchange of the presents
between the groups and the organizers. End of
the festival.

3rd day -  3rd May
07:30 Breakfast
10:00 Optional visiting of the Eifel tower, the
museum of Louvre, Pyramide, Arc of Triumph.
19:00 Dinner
21:00 Goodbye Party dinner in the restaurant
with the live music (Optional)

4th day -  4th May
07:30 Breakfast
12:00 Departure of the groups. End of service

The deadline for the application is 60 days before the beginning of the festival.

Optional excursions, night outs, parties, sightseeing, bus parking fee (where
