Overview
Alanya is a resort town on Turkey’s central Mediterranean coast (also known as the Turkish Riviera). Its wide beaches lined with hotels include Cleopatra Beach, where the Egyptian queen reputedly swam. Alanya Castle, a giant Seljuk-era fort turned open-air museum, stands on a rocky bluff above the beachfront, alongside red tile–roofed Ottoman villas and the octagonal Red Tower, a symbol of the city dating to 1226.
Accommodation
Participiant fee:
- 150 euro per person (4 Nights -5 Days)
- 185 euro per person (5 Nights -6 Days)
It covers organizational expenses, and accommodation in a hotel for 4 nights with 3 meals per day. (Open buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Free non-alcohol drink).
The Groups will stay at hotel (3-4 stars hotel ) 2 and 3-4 beds in a room
On every 25 participants, one member is free of charge.
For double rooms, there is a supplement of 15 € per person per day, for a single rooms 25 € per person per day.

Itinerary
The number of participants is not limited.
The groups are requested to arrive in Alanya on 22 April 2023 - 12:00 and depart on 26 April 2023 - 12:00, after breakfast.
Gifts provide for each person is an attendance festival hat-t-shirt and certificate.
Each group should bring flags of their countries with them. For the gift exchange, each country must bring 4 gifts.
We will prefer dance groups with live music but recorded music is also acceptable.
Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by the Committee. 100 Lt. Diesel will be given for these activities to each bus. (If groups came by bus)
The groups will prepare 5-8 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances.
Each country will teach two children's games in their own country to teach the other country participants.
The application deadline is 15.02.2023.
