The Festival accommodation is in a 4*+ Hotel (Kumburgaz Marin Princess Hotel http://www.kumburgazmarinprincess.com), located in Istanbul beach area far away from all the traffic and
noise. Hotel is located on the beach, with in-door and out-door pools, spa and its own disco.

The Groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 beds and 4 beds on a half board basis. Only 2 double
rooms are available per group without extra charge which can be used for the leaders and drivers.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival. Each participant group
should pay 30% with the initial application to confirm. The second payment of 40% should be paid 60
days before the Festival, and 30% should be paid 10 days before the official start of the Fesitval.
Final list of participants must be given 30 days before the Festival. After that date advance payment is
not refunded.

TRAVEL CONDITIONS:

The participant group has to arrive in Istanbul on October 1 st (starting meal is dinner) and leave on October 4 th after having breakfast till 10:00h. The groups should pay the travel expenses by themselves to Istanbul and back.

The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys
around the city. Any expense caused by the usage of the bus (accident, robbing, breakdown, etc.) should
be covered by the vehicle’s insurance. Each member must have travel insurance policy.

The Parking for the buses is paid by the group at the rate set on the parking place.

The festival organizers will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from
Istanbul airport, during the festival days and back to the same Istanbul airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed according to their number.
