Hanioti - a small and very picturesque village in Halkidiki, situated on the peninsula's first prong, only a
60minute drive from Greece's northern capital, Thessaloniki. Upon arrival, every visitor will be captivated by this small picturesque paradise that has been designed to cater for the needs of even the most discerning traveler and guarantee a relaxing and memorable stay.

The International Festival of dance and songs
“Hanioti” is a non-competitive festival of traditional
and modern dances and songs performed by groups.
On the festival may participate children and youth
folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, choirs,
as well as groups and performers from other art
styles with minimum 10 persons on the stage. The
age of participants is not limited.

During the Festival each group will have at least two
performances in Hanioti and surrounded villages
of Municipality of Kassandra according to the
program of the festival. The shows are organized in
the evening hours with a short parade at the start.
Groups should perform maximum 7 minutes.
During daytime it is possible to organize rehearsals
in the amphitheater.

ACCOMMODATION- Appartments/Hotels HB basis:

The accommodation of the participants will be organized in hotels and apartments, 5 minutes from the beach. The groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 beds, 4 beds or multiple beds according to hotel structure on a half board basis. Only 2 double rooms are available per group without extra charge which can be used for the leaders and drivers.

5 nights - Basic category hotels - 199 € per person

5 nights - Advanced category hotels (Hotel Tresor, Hotel Lesse) - 215 € per person

EXTRA CHARGE:
Double room: 8 € per person/per night
Single room: 30 € per person/per night
Extra night: 40 € per person/per night

CITY TAX:
Apartments and studios (all categories): 2 € per person/per night

Hotels 1-2 stars: 2 € per room/per night
Hotels 3 stars: 5 € per room/per night
Hotels 4 stars: 10 € per room/per night
Hotels 5 stars: 15 € per room/per night

DISCOUNT: Every 25 participants, 1 participant free

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Transfers:

The festival organizers can arrange transportation for groups arriving by plane, including airport pickups and transfers during the festival. The cost will depend on the group size and will be agreed upon separately.

Bus Parking:
Groups arriving by bus can use their own transport throughout the festival. Parking is provided FREE of charge.

PAYMENT DETAILS:

• 30% deposit is required with the application to confirm participation.
• 40% of the total fee must be paid 60 days before the festival.
• The remaining 30% balance must be paid 10 days before the festival begins.

A final participant list must be submitted 30 days before the festival start date. After this date, deposits are non-refundable
