• 2 nights 81 € per person (4 bed to 6 bed rooms), 82 € per person (3 bed room)
• 3 nights 104 € per person (4 bed to 6 bed rooms), 105 € per person (3 bed room)

Hotel Millennium, Hotel Berlin:

• 3 nights 139 € per person

Accommodation Details

Participating groups will stay in hostels (rooms have their own bathroom) or hotels on a Bed & Breakfast basis.

• Rooms: Groups will be accommodated in rooms  with 3 beds, 4 beds or multiple beds according to hotel structure with their own bathroom.
• The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.
• Check-in: 15:00 | Check-out: 10:00

• Double Room: A&O Hostel: +10€ /person/day | MEININGER Budapest Great Market Hall: +10€ /person/day | Hotel Millennium, Hotel Berlin: +7€ /person/day
• Single Room: A&O Hostel: +40€ /person/day | MEININGER Budapest Great Market Hall: +30€ /person/day | Hotel Millennium, Hotel Berlin: +30€ /person/day
• On every 25 participants, the 26th person stays free of charge!

Additional Festival Information

Transfers:

Can transportation be arranged? Yes! For groups arriving by plane, festival organizers can arrange transportation to and from the airport, as well as during the festival days. The cost of transport will be calculated based on the group size and must be covered by the group.

Parking for Buses:

For groups traveling by bus, parking will be available at local rates set by the parking facility. Your bus can be used for transport throughout the festival.

Payment Terms:

The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. Payment schedule:

• 30% upon application to confirm participation.
• 40% no later than 60 days before the festival.
• 30% must be paid 10 days prior to the festival start.
