Overview
Çanakkale is a city and seaport in Turkey, in Çanakkale Province, on the southern coast of the Dardanelles at their narrowest point. The population of the town is 186,116 (2014 estimate).
Çanakkale is the finishing point every year for an organised swim across the Dardanelles from Eceabat. This event emulates the swim in 1810 by Lord Byron, who was himself emulating the legendary swim by Leander in the story of Hero and Leander.
The city is the nearest major town to the site of ancient Troy. The wooden horse from the 2004 movie Troy is exhibited on the seafront.
Accommodation
The Groups will stay University Students Hostel http://www.kumrusuites.com,https://www.ardesogrenciyurdu.com/ or similar Hostels)
2-3-4 beds a room and inside a bathroom, 3 meals daily.
The festival fee is 130 euro per person (4 Night-5 Days ).
The groups are requested to arrive in ÇANAKKALE on 27 August 2023 - 10:00 and depart on 31 August 2023 - 12:00, after breakfast.

Itinerary
Gifts provide for each person is an attendance certificate. A gala party will be held for groups.
Each group should bring flags of their countries and 3 gifts with them.
We will prefer for dance groups with live music but recorded music also acceptable.
Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee.
The festival organizer will pick you up at Çanakkale Airport, We will provide an airport transfer.
The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances.
Participating groups will be rewarded for the best
music, best costume, best performance and choreography.
