Overview
Marmaris the crossroad of the Aegean and Mediterranean seas part of the mediterranean sea between neighbors Turkey and Greece is the Aegean sea. This is how the two neighbors refer to the part of the Mediterranean between them. the Aegean sea is connected to the black sea by the çanakkale and İstanbul straits. A frequently asked question; “Where are the beginning and end of the Mediterranean and Aegean seas?” The answer is Marmaris!
Meeting of Cultures
• There are settlements spreading along the peninsula.
• The town center is changing and modernizing due to the power of tourism.
• The decreasing population is moving out further from the center.
*Traditional villages still live alongside nature in the inner parts of the peninsula.
• Multi-coloured, multi-cultured, and living together in peace.
All visitors passing through on daily tours are embraced by the locals. you have the choice between central places where the sea, sand, and the sun are complemented with nightly entertainment continuing until morning, or silent bays on a small boat swimming silently under moon light. whatever your heart desires.
Accommodation
Participant fee:
- 3* HOTEL (All inclusive) - €160 per person
- 4* HOTEL (All inclusive) - €195 per person
Groups will be hosted altogether in 4* Hotels which group chooses the hotel. The accommodation will start on 22 April 2024 at 14:00 and finish on 26 April 2024 after the festival program ends
The rooms are for 3 & 4 people. Only 2 double rooms will be given to the groups without any extra fee.
If members want to stay double room, they must be paid 10 Euro/per person/day extra, for single rooms 17 Euro/person/day. Extra day 35 Euro per person.
The committee will give 3 meals/per day (buffet meal) in Hotel. Either pocket or normal meal due to performance program. All drinks will be free during the staying time.
For every 25 participants - 1 person is free.

Itinerary
International Marmaris Children Dance & Music Festival will be held between 22-26 April 2024.
During the festival the groups will perform their dances, sing songs, participate in the activities and introduce their own cultures. They will visit the historic and touristic places of the beautiful region and make new friends with the world youths.
Participants: Folk Dance Groups, Modern Dance Groups, Pop Dance Groups, Choral Groups, Music Bands, Orchestras, Majorettes
Participating conditions are:
- Each country can participate with one group per category. (folk dance, pop dance, modern dance, choir, majorettes, orchestra)
- The committee won’t pay any fee to groups for attending the organization.
-The number of groups is not limited to a person, including the manager, leader musicians, drivers, and dancers.
-The age of dancers is not limited to the participant group.
-Performances should be either 5- 10 min.
-The groups may perform with live music or a Cd.
-The groups should come with their national flags.
-The participant’s group list which contains dancers, musicians, leaders, driver’s age, and sex should be sent to us before 1 March 2024.

**Bus will be ready in front of hotel at 15.45.

**Prom concept will be Red or White

Transportation
If the group will arrive by plane at Dalaman Airport, transfer(Airport Hotel, Hotel-Airport, transfer during the festival) will be 600 Euro.
If the group will arrive on their own bus, they will use their own transportation at the festival. (It is max. 5 km during the festival)
