Accommodation

5 NIGHTS/ 6 DAYS - 175 euros per person

HOTEL INFORMATION (GOLDEN SUN HOTEL): The officially certified 3-star Golden Sun Hotel, located between the pearl of the Mediterranean, Antalya, Kemer, Beldibi, mountains, and the sea, is located in a quiet green area 35 km from Antalya Airport. The hotel has 98 rooms, a restaurant, water slides, and pools. All rooms have a balcony, air conditioning, telephone, safe box, satellite TV, minibar, hair dryer, shower / WC, 24 hours hot water. Tasteful Turkish cuisine - restaurant, buffet, well-maintained garden 3000 m2, total 7000 m2 area, pool bar, pool, gym, outdoor disco, bar, children's pools, water slide for children and adults, American billiards, volleyball, foosball, table tennis, darts, water polo, and children's playground are among the services offered free of charge. Our beach is 450 m. From the sea, you will find water sports (CHARGED.). There are also free umbrellas, sunbeds, and mattresses by the pool and on the beach. Publications offer 24-hour free wi-fi access.

- 3 meals a day, drinks between 10:00 - 22:00 (Alcohol is FORBIDDEN!)
- 3 * hotel accommodation. Local accommodation in the room for 3-4 people for participants, namely 2 + 1 and 3 + 1. It provides a room with 2 beds for management for a team of more than 40 people.

• 1 person per group of 20 people does not pay 5 nights for ORGANIZER's services and HOTEL services
• For a group of 40 people + 2 managers are given a room with 2 beds with all privileges for 7 nights ( without paying for service to ORGANIZER and HOTEL).

PARTICIPANTS It is possible to arrive a few days ago before the festival date. The cost of an additional
day for participants and leaders is 30 Euros per day (3 meals a day). These days, you will have the opportunity to rehearse, in addition to adapting and relaxing.

Itinerary

The Festival will start on 20 APRIL 2023 at 16:00 and will end on 24 APRIL 2023 at 10:00.

8 years old and above dancers can join the festival.
Singing ensembles, majorettes, chorus, folk dance, and modern dance groups are welcome to participate.

Groups will present a performance of 5,10,15 minutes.
Groups who will attend the festival should be minimum of 15 dancers and 2 musicians and organizers. Performances with live or recorded music are both allowed.

Winners of three degrees and three degrees of diploma are in the nomination of each competition. All collectors participating in the festival competition will be given awards and diplomas from the founders of the festival, the organizers, and the sponsors of the festival.

The group should be accompanied by national flags (small and 2 large in the number of participants), souvenirs, books, postcards, brochures, and other features that describe this nationality and to organize compulsory sales exhibitions and meetings.

Of course, we will compete as a team. Exemplary candidates will be determined at the first meeting of leaders. Most likely: - ETHNO, folk scene, modern, universal .... etc.

All genres, and directions of art participate and there are no restrictions in age categories. Attention, the team may not take part in the stage skills competitions.
Payment for evaluation of one competition number:
- soloist, duet, the trio - 20 euros per participant,
- groups up to 10 people - 15 euros per participant,
- ensembles and groups of 10 or more people - 5 euros per participant

TRANSPORT: Transfer from Antalya-Beldibi Airport to Antalya Airport is calculated separately according to the flight ticket (copies of the manager's ticket, accompanying group, or subgroup) and completed APPROVAL form.
• Cost for a group of at least 30 people - 25 euros per person (for 2 parties)
• Cost for a group of at least 20 people - 30 euros per person (for 2 parties)
• Cost for a group of 20 people - 35 euro per person (for 2 parties)
• Transfer costs are calculated separately for soloists, duets, and trios if they do not want to wait for the
the closest group at the airport.
