• travel and transportation tips and assistance
• purchasing airplane and bus tickets
• organizing transportation for a group or individuals
• assist and advise in the procedure of issuing visas (if needed)

PARTICIPATION FEE:
Apartments: 229 € per person (ferry tickets for every person included in the price, excluded tickets for vehicle - bus, minibus, car)

Hotel: Olympion 279€ per person (ferry tickets for every person included in the price, excluded tickets for vehicle - bus, minibus, car)

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

• Half Board Basis with 2 meals per day

Accommodation Details

Participants will stay in apartments and hotels in Potos, a beautiful village on Thassos, conveniently located near the festival venues, offering easy access to performances and leisure activities.

• Half Board accommodation, which includes two meals per day (breakfast and lunch).
• Groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 or 4 beds, each featuring a private bathroom.
• The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.

For additional room requests, the charges are as follows:

• Double Room: €8 per person/day
• Single Room: €30 per person/day
• Extra Night: €45 per person/day

For every 25 participants, the 26th participant stays free.

Payment Details:

• A 30% deposit is required with the initial application to confirm participation.
• 40% of the total fee is due 60 days before the festival.
• The remaining 30% balance must be paid 10 days before the festival starts.

The final participant list must be submitted 30 days before the festival start date. Deposits are non-refundable after this date
