FESTIVAL PROGRAM

Terms & Conditions:

Dance Styles: Festival is open to all dance and music groups of any style: Folk Dances, Choirs, Majorette, Orchestra, Brass Bands, Theatres, Classical, Contemporary, Latin, Ball room, Social, Oriental, Fusion Dances etc.,

Age Category: 7 to 70+ years.

Group Members: 4+ to 40+ unlimited.

Music: Participants are allowed to perform on live or recorded music.

Travel: Flight Tickets round trip and the Travel Health insurance should be at the Group’s Expense.

Accommodation: Each group should choose the accommodation packages listed below in this section accordingly 3*/4* hotels will be provided.

Performance: The Groups should perform 3 different dance items with 10/ 15 minutes slots each 1 time a day at provided venues.

Competition: Festival hosts one-day competition within the festival whichi is an Optional Category.

Day 1:

10:00 - 13:00: Arrival of the groups in Tlaxcala & Hotel Check-In

13:00 - 14:00: Lunch

14:00 - 15:00: Rest

21:00 - 22:00: Dinner 

Day 2: 

8:00 -09:00 : Breakfast 

10:00 - 13:00: Director's Meeting with Group Leaders

13:00 - 14:00: Lunch

15:00 - 16:00: Reaching to Venue

16:00 - 18:00: Rehearsals for the Opening Ceremony

18:00 - 20:00: Opening Ceremony

21:00 - 22:00: Dinner 

 

 

Day  3: 

8:00 -09:00 : Breakfast 

10:00 - 12:00: Rest

13:00 - 14:00: Lunch

15:00 - 16:00: Reaching to Venue

17:00 - 20:00: Fest 2nd day ceremony
