Overview
Foça is a town and district in Turkey's İzmir Province, on the Aegean coast. The town of Foça is situated at about 69 km northwest of İzmir's city center. The district also has a township with its own municipality named Yenifoça, also along the shore and at a distance of 20 km from Foça proper.
Accommodation
The festival fee is
- 4 nights - 165 euros per person
- 5 nights - 200 euro per person
It covers organizational expenses and accommodation in a Hotel for 4 nights with 3 meals per day. ( Open buffet breakfast, Lunch and dinner. )
On every 25 participants, one member is free of charge.
For double rooms there is a supplement of 5 € per person per day, for single room 15€ per person per day.
The Groups will stay at hotel, 3-4 stars hotel. 2 and 3-4 beds in a room.
The groups are requested to arrive in Foça on 09 September 2023 - 09:00 and depart on 13 September 2023- 10:00, after breakfast.

Itinerary
Gifts provided for each person is an attendance certificate.
Each group should bring flags of their countries with them. For the gift exchange, each country must bring 4 gifts.
We will prefer dance groups with live music but recorded music is also acceptable.
Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee
The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare a minimum of 2 different performances.
