Overview
Batumi- The Las Vegas of the Black Sea
Batumi is the pearl of Georgia on the Black Sea coast and the largest resort city in the country. It is the best place for a summer beach vacation in Georgia, with a long promenade full of entertainment, an old quarter with bars, restaurants, and souvenir stores, and many beautiful locations in the surrounding area. Batumi is perfect for a fun trip with its warm Georgian charm and tropical climate.
Accommodation
ACCOMMODATION:
Accommodation will be in the 3*** and 3*** standard hotels with three meals (Breakfast ,Lunch, Dinner) There will be 2 Double Room for drivers and group leaders, for group - Triple and Quadruple Rooms
PRICE:
- For 1 night will be – 37 euro per person
- For 5 nights will be - 185 euro per person
The groups can stay more nights.
THE PRICE INCLUDES:
- Accommodation in the hotel
- 3 meals a day (breakfast , lunch and dinner)
- Transportation during the festival performances
- Awarding of all participants with diplomas and medals
- Performances in the concert halls and open stages
- For group leaders festival cups and special gifts
- Participation in the 2-3 performances
- Gift exchange with group leaders and organizers
DISCOUNTS:
- For group of 20 members 1 group leader is free of charge
- For group of 50 members -1 group leader and 2 drivers or mangers are free
EXTRA PAYMENTS
For additional double or single rooms the payment will be additional 7 euro per night per person
TRANSPORTATION :
For groups, which will use their own transport DURING THE PERFORMANCES the Organization Committeewill provide the gazoline ( on100 km – 35 l )
If group is arriving by plane, we are going to hire the bus for their transfers.
From their country to Batumi the transportation costs will be on the groups own amount. All the members must have health insurance. Organizers can provide transportation for additional days.
PAYMENT METHOD:
All payments have to be pay in cash (travel cards are not acceptable)at the first day after arriving. The groups should send their deposit (on the organisation committee account number) 20 % of the total sum till the 10th of May 2025.

INTERNATIONAL JURY STAFF
Jury staff consists from the honored art-workers from different countries and Georgia. All Jury members will get their Certificates. The maximum number of points are 10 .The Jury member has not right to vote for his /her country groups. The Festival Committee will sum up points and the participants with maximum number of point will get GRAND PRIX. The Organization Committee will send the evaluation criteria for all participant groups according their genre. Participants will get I, II, III places, Grand-prix AND SPECIAL PRIZES FROM SPONSORS. All participants will get diploma and medal of the festival, group leaders- special presents and cups.
CONTEST REQUIREMENTS:
ALL CHOREOGRAPHIC GROUPS and FASHION THEATRES PREPARE max 8 minprogram for opening and closing ceremonies , max 10 min program for the contest( if group needs tobrake itfor costume changing , it must inform about this Festival Organization Committee 1 month before) . Recorded music is allowed (group needs high quality USB flashes, one reserve records ). If group has live music, it must send technical rider (how much microphones does it need and what kind of instruments it use, position of musicians on the stage) .
VOCAL AND INSTRUMENTAL GROUPS PREPARE max 7 min program for the festival opening and closing days and max 8 min program for the contestRecords for vocalists willallowed (-) or (-1).
THEATERS AND ARTISTIC READING GROUPS PREPARE max 8 min program for all performances
THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The flashes of phonogram are represent only USB. We do not accept records with MP-3 format and compact flashes. The records must be high-quality and professional. Group must have reserve copy ofrecord .For groups with live music: group leaders must to send technical rider of the instruments , numberof microphonesandmap of places on the stage
ADMISSION:
- The groups will arrive in the Batumi in the afternoon on the 18thof June and departure on the 23th of June after breakfast.
- All participants must to have the travel health insurance before they come to our country.
- All group-leaders must bring banner of the country they represent and 3-4 souvenirs for protocol visits with official persons and organizers

BIKE OR WALK ALONG BATUMI BOULEVARD
Batumi Boulevard is the city’s pride and joy. Laid out in 1884 and stretching for 7 kilometres along the seafront, it’s one of the oldest parts of Batumi and one of the largest parks of its kind in Europe
BATUMI BOTANICAL GARDEN
One of the largest botanical gardens in the region, this is a must-visit in Batumi. Inside the garden, you’ll find walking and hiking trails plus a series of panoramic viewpoints
BATUMI OLD TOWN
Most of the buildings in the Old Town date to the end of the 19th century, but some look a lot older. As you walk, keep an eye out for the information panels that reveal black-and-white photographs of what some of the buildings and streets looked like at the turn of the century
BATUMI’S WILD MODERN ARCHITECTURE
The ostentatious buildings along Batumi’s waterfront are a complete juxtaposition to the classical facades in the Old Town. The strange silhouette of Batumi’s skyline is one of the reasons it’s been nicknamed ‘the Las Vegas of the Caucasus’
