- Choirs (folk, modern, classic, women, men , children , mixed choirs)
- Vocalists (solo, duet, trio and etc.) modern and folk songs
- Vocal ensembles and studios

VOCAL-INSTRUMENTAL ENSEMBLES  ( Folk  groups, modern music ensembles , classic music groups, bard songs , Jazz bends, Rock groups  ) 

INSTRUMENTAL: Orchestra, folk instrumental groups, jazz , rock and pop instrumental ensembles, 

FASHION THEATRES AND MODEL AGENCIES

 INTERNATIONAL   JURY STAFF

Jury staff consists from the honored art-workers from different countries and Georgia. All Jury members will get their Certificates. The maximum number of points are 10 .The Jury member has not right to vote for his /her country groups.  The Festival Committee will sum up points and the participants with maximum number of point will get GRAND PRIX.  The Organization Committee will send the evaluation criteria for all participant groups according their genre. Participants will get I, II, III places, Grand-prix AND SPECIAL PRIZES FROM SPONSORS. All participants will get diploma and medal of the festival, group leaders- special presents and cups.

CONTEST REQUIREMENTS:

   ALL CHOREOGRAPHIC GROUPS and FASHION THEATRES  PREPARE max 8 minprogram for opening and closing ceremonies , max 10 min program for the contest( if group needs tobrake itfor costume changing , it must inform about this Festival Organization Committee 1 month before) . Recorded music is allowed (group needs high quality USB flashes, one reserve records ). If group has live music, it must send technical rider (how much microphones does it need and what kind of instruments it use, position of musicians on the stage) .

   VOCAL AND INSTRUMENTAL GROUPS  PREPARE max 7 min program for the festival opening and closing days and max 8 min program for the contestRecords for vocalists willallowed (-) or (-1).

 THEATERS AND ARTISTIC READING GROUPS PREPARE max 8 min program for all performances

THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The flashes of phonogram are represent only USB. We do not accept records with MP-3 format and compact flashes. The records must be high-quality and professional. Group must have reserve copy ofrecord .For groups with live music: group leaders must to send technical rider of the instruments , numberof microphonesandmap of places on the stage

 ADMISSION:

1. The groups will arrive in the Batumi in the afternoon on the 18^thof June and departure on the 23^th of June after breakfast. 
2. All participants must to have the travel health insurance before they come to our country. 
3. All group-leaders must bring banner of the country they represent and 3-4 souvenirs for protocol visits with official persons and organizers

PRELIIMINARY PROGRAM:

22 July

• 12:00 - the arrival of the groups   accommodation in the hotel.
• 20:00 - dinner
• 21:00 - Meeting with the group leaders, discussing the festival program.

23July

• 09:00- Breakfast in the hotel.
• 11:00-Parade in Batumi Boulevard.
• 13:00- 13:30 -Lunch
• 14:00- Rehearsal .First day performance.. City tour, visiting historical places , sightseeing and boating tour .
• 20:00- Dinner in the hotel

24 July

• 09:00 – Breakfast in the hotel
• Free time. Excursion day. Possible for a long distance (additional price)
• 20:00- Dinner at the hotel

25 July 

• 09:00- Breakfast
• 10:00 – Free day, possible excursion on the long distance.  (additional price)
• 20:00- Dinner at the hotel

26 July 

• 09:00- Breakfast
• 11:00- Conference for group leaders. Meeting with the festival organizers, sponsors and official representatives, gift exchange
• 13:00 – Performance of Contest program.
• 18:00- Ceremony of Groups Awarding 
• 20:00- Dinner at the hotel 

27 July 

• 09:00- breakfast 
• 12:00 – Departure of groups

The festival organizers have the right to change the program.
