Overview
Batumi- The Las Vegas of the Black Sea
Batumi is the pearl of Georgia on the Black Sea coast and the largest resort city in the country. It is the best place for a summer beach vacation in Georgia, with a long promenade full of entertainment, an old quarter with bars, restaurants, and souvenir stores, and many beautiful locations in the surrounding area. Batumi is perfect for a fun trip with its warm Georgian charm and tropical climate.
Accommodation
ACCOMODATION:
The accommodation will be in the 3* standard Hotels with three meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) .
For every 20 persons -1 group leader will be charge free.
For a group of 50 persons - 3 people will be free
The price is :
FOR 1 NIGHT – 38 EURO PER PERSON
FOR 5 NIGHTS-190 EURO PER PERSON
FOR 6 NIGHTS- 228 EURO PER PERSON
FOR 7 NIGHTS-266EURO PER PERSON
Optional: Accommodation in a 4* hotel :
1 night - 45 euro per person with 2 meals a day ( breakfast 0- dinner).
The groups can stay more nights.
TRANSPORTATION:
- Transportation during the performance days- free
From their country to Batumi the transportation costs will be on their own amount. All the members must have health insurance. If the group will stay more days the organizers will provide transportation for additional days.
INTERNATIONAL JURY STAFF
Jury staff will consist from the honored art-workers from different countries and Georgia. All Jury members will get their Certificates. The maximum number of points are 10 .
The Jury member has not right to vote for his /her country groups. The Festival Committee will sum up points .The Organization Committee will send the evaluation criteria for all participant groups according their genre.
Participant groups will get I, II, III places, Grand-prix and SPECIAL PRIZES FROM SPONSORS. All participants will get diplomas and medals of the festival, group leaders- special presents and cups. Jury will estimate skill of participants
ADMISSION:
- The groups will arrive in the Batumi in the afternoon on the 02nd of July and departure on the 07th of July after breakfast.
- All participants must to have the travel health insurance before they come to our country.
- All group-leaders must bring banner of the country they represent and 2-3 souvenirs for protocol visits with official persons and organizers.

Itinerary
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Groups may participate in the next categories:
- Choreographic Groups ( folk, modern, modern folk, ballet, hip-hop, disco, ballroom dances and etc.)
- Choirs (children , adult, folklore and classic choirs, mixed choirs)
-Vocal ( folk and modern bands , solo, duet, trio…. Ensembles)
-Instrumental Groups ( folklore instrumental , modern bands groups)
- Fashion theatres and model agencies
- Theatres and artistic reading groups
2. There is no age and number limit.
The age of participants is may range from :
Children groups 6 – 10 y., 11-13y.,14-16 y.
Youth groups 17-25 years old
Adults 25 years old and more
Veteran groups
3. There is no contest fee.
4. For dance groups it is possible both live music and high quality records. For choirs and vocalists (-) or (-1) records or live music .
CONTEST REQUIREMENTS:
ALL CHOREOGRAPHIC GROUPS and FASHION THEATRES PREPARE max 8 minprogram for opening and closing ceremonies , max 10 min program for the contest( if group needs brake itfor costume changing , it must inform about this Festival Organization Committee 1 month before) . Recorded music is allowed (group needs high quality USB flashes one reserve records ). If group has live music, it must send technical rider (how much microphones does it need and what kind of instruments it use , position of musicians on the stage) .
VOCAL AND INSTRUMENTAL GROUPS PREPARE max 7 min program for the festival opening and closing days and max 8 min program for the contestRecords for vocalists willallowed (-) or (-1).
THEATERS AND ARTISTIC READING GROUPS PREPARE max 8 min program for all performances
THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The flashes of phonogram are represent only USB. We do not accept records with MP-3 format and compact flashes. The records must be high-quality and professional. Group must have reserve copy ofrecord .For groups with live music: group leaders must to send technical rider of the instruments , numberof microphonesandmap of places on the stage

- 21:00 - Meeting with the group leaders, discussing the festival program.

- 09:00- Breakfast in the hotel.
- 11:00-Parade in Batumi Boulevard.
- 14:00- Rehearsal .First day performance.. City tour, visiting historical places , sightseeing and boating tour ( in additional 10 euro) .
- 20:00- Dinner in the hotel
04 July
- 09:00 – Breakfast in the hotel
- Free day .Excursion day. Possible for a long distance (additional price)
- 20:00- Dinner at the hotel
05 July
- 09:00- Breakfast
