Overview
Yerevan, Armenia's capital, is marked by grand Soviet-era architecture. The Matenadaran library, housing thousands of ancient Greek and Armenian manuscripts, dominates its main avenue. Accommodation
The fee for one participant or accompanying person - 320 € includes:
Hotel in Yerevan {4 nights}, Wi-Fi - 08.11 - 12.11 2021, (participants in rooms with 2-3 beds, leaders in rooms with 1-2 beds);
Breakfast (24.11-26.11}
Maintenance (sound recording, lighting, etc.).
Accreditation: vocal soloists - 80 €, duets - 120 €, ensembles - 150 €
100% of the payment for the hotel and the accreditation must be sent to the following account before October 20, 2021.

Itinerary
COMPETITION:
The competition is open to soloists, duets and ensembles between the ages of 6 and 50. All participants must perform one song accompanied by a minus phonogram. Soloists can use pre-recorded backing vocals, main melodies, duets, ensembles to sing without recorded backing vocals.
VOCALIST COMPETITION:
Soloists, duets, ensembles from 6 to 50 years can take part in it. All participants sing one song accompanied by a minus soundtrack.
Soloists - 4-6; 7-9; 10-13; 14-17; 18-25; 26-35,36-50 years.
Ensembles - 6-12; 13-18; 19-35,36-50 years.

The total duration of the speech should not exceed 4 minutes.
Contestants are going to compete for:
a) the main prize is the Grand Prix, which will be won by the participant who has scored the most points (common for each age group and genre);
b) a special prize - the World Cup of Performing Arts;
c) 1, 2, 3 awards and prizes of laureates of 1, 2, 3 degrees
Between winners of the Grand Prix there will be also Special price,Super Grand Prix of whole festival wich winner will get 500$.
e) prizes and awards of the organizers of international festivals and sponsors
Performances of the contestants, professionalism, originality and stage performance will be awarded by an international jury on a scale from 6 to 10 points. The decision of the jury is final and undeniable. The chairman of the jury has a decisive vote to select the winner in case more than one participant scores the same number of points.
Performances for the final gala concert are selected by the jury and the organizers. Their decision is final and indisputable.
There will be a lot of invitations to different international competitions in Europe for 2022.
If two or more participants have the same number of points, the places can be divided.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
-Competition organizers have the right to take photos, videos during the competition, as well as distribute audio, video, and photo materials of the competition.
-Leaders are responsible for the health and safety of their students.
-Applying means accepting the rules.
-Participants arrive at their own expense. Let us know if you need a transfer from the airport and back.
-All questions not mentioned in the Regulations will be resolved with the organizers of the competition.
-The organizers reserve the right to change the contest rules.
In case of any changes in the program, the organizers will inform the participants no later than a week before the start of the competition.
