Overview
Lviv is a city in western Ukraine, around 70 kilometers from the border with Poland. Traces of its Polish and Austro-Hungarian heritage are evident in its architecture, which blends Central and Eastern European styles with those of Italy and Germany. In High Castle Park, the mountaintop ruins of a 14th-century castle provide panoramic views of the city’s green-domed churches and the surrounding hills.
Accommodation
Charge for one contestant or accompanying person – 140 € includes:
Hotel George in Lviv {2 nights}, Wi-Fi - 12.11 – 14.11 2021, (contestants in rooms with 2-3 beds , leaders in rooms with 1-2 beds );
Breakfast (13`.05-14.05}
Technical service (sound recording, lighting, etc.).
Accreditation: Vocal soloists – 50€, duets– 80€, ensembles - 20€ for each participant.
Accreditation: Dance soloists – 25 eur,duets 40 eur,ensembles 15 eur for each participant
100% of the payment for a hotel and accreditation has to be sent to the account given below before the 1 th November 2021. The rest amount has to be paid upon arrival to the competition.

Itinerary
The contest is opened to soloists, duets and ensembles age 6 to 50 years. All participants are required to perform one song, or one dance,accompanied by a backingtrack soundtrack negative. Soloists can use the pre-recorded backing vocals, the main melodies, duets, ensembles sing without recorded backing vocals.
Soloists (pop, rock, classic, jazz,folk) are divided between the following age categories: 5-9; 10-12; 13-15; 16-18; 19-25; 26-35,36-50 age. Mixed age group for the choir.
Ensembles (pop, rock, classic, jazz,folk) (up to 12 participants) are divided into the following age categories: 6-12; 13-18; 19-35 age. Mixed-age group for the choir.
The total duration of the performance should not exceed 4 minutes.

AWARDS:
Contestants are going to compete for:
a) the main prize — Grand Prix, which is going to be won by the contestant with the highest score (common for each age groups and genres);
b) special prize – Cup of World Association of Performing Arts;
c) 1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd prizes and laureate awards of 1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd degree
d) 4 th , 5 th , 6 th prizes and diplomas awards of 1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd degree
e) prizes and awards by organizers of international festivals and supporters
Performances by contestants, there professionalism, originality and stage presentation will be marked by the international Jury within a scale between 6 to 10 points. Jury’s decision is final and indisputable. The Chairman of the Jury has the final vote to choose the prize-winner in case more than one participant will score the same amount of points.
Performances for the final Gala concert are selected by the Jury and organizers. Their decision is final and
indisputable.
If two or more participants have the same number of points, the places may be divided.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Organizers of the contest have a right to take photos, videos during the contest, as well as, distribute audio, video, and photo material of the contest.
Leaders are responsible for the health and safety of their students.
Submission of the application signifies agreement with the regulations.
Contestants arrive at their own expense. Let us know if you require a transfer from the airport and back.
All matters not mentioned in the Regulation will be resolved with the contest organizers.

• In case of any change in the program will occur, the organizers will inform participants no later than
one week prior to the competition.
