Overview
Kusadasi is a city in Turkey, located on the coast of the Aegean Sea. Literally translated, the name of the city means "Bird Island". It is assumed that its name comes from the small rocky island in the shape of a bird's head, located near the old harbor in the city. Another explanation is that during the seasonal migrations, thousands of birds gather there. The old houses along the coast, some of which have been converted into pleasant cafes, and the clean beaches create the unique atmosphere of the city.
“Aegean Sun” festival is not a competition and participants would not compete against each other.
The goal of the festival is to provide kids, teenagers and adults with the opportunity to show their talents in front of a big audience; to develop and promote music and dance art, as well as to strengthen the relationships between group leaders. Further goal of the festival is to promote joint activities among the performers and create friendships.
PARTICIPANTS IN THE FESTVIVAL:
The festival is open to all – individual participants, community centers, youth centers,
Academies, public schools, private schools, dance studios/clubs, etc.
There are no age limitations.
Accommodation
PRICES and ACCOMMODATION:
- Accommodation at Hotel 3* - All inclusive- 253 € per person
- Single room: 99,70 € - additional payment for 4 nights
- Additional nights: 63 € per person per night
2. Accommodation at Hotel 4* HB basis (breakfast and dinner): – 261 € per person
- Single room: 102 € - additional payment for 4 nights

3. Accommodation at Hotel 5* - All inclusive: – 376 € per person

FESTIVAL DAYS (11.06.2026 and 12.06.2026)
- Solo, duet and trio – up to 4 min for performance per age group
- Group – up to 15min for an ensemble per age group
GALA CONCERT (13.06.2026)
- Group – up to 5 minutes for an ensemble per age group
Each group has two performances – a long program on one of the two festival days and a short program at the Gala Concert!
DANCE CATEGORY
Dance category is open to all non-professional dance groups and performers without restrictions in genre (hip-hop, classical dance, folk dance, modern dance, jazz ballet, etc.) or number of participants.
MUSIC CATEGORY
Music category is open to all non-professional dance groups and performers (singers, musicians, choirs, etc.) without restrictions in genre (hip-hop, classical music, folk music, pop and rock music, jazz, etc.) or number of participants.
Note: Participants should provide their own musical instruments and/or music for their routines.

ADDITIONAL TRIPS:
2. The ancient city of Ephesus and the House of Virgin Mary
Two-way transfer to and from the hotel, licensed Bulgarian guides, visits to the facilities and lunch at the buffet (drinks are charged extra). Opportunity to buy locum, souvenirs and more.
3. Pamukkale (day trip)
Two-way transfer to and from the hotel, a licensed Bulgarian guide, a visit to Pamukkale and the ancient city of Hierapolis, lunch at a buffet, an opportunity for mud baths and souvenir shopping from Onyx.
4. Hammam (Turkish bath)
Two way transfer to and from the hotel, peeling with a kese and soap massage.
5. Yacht Tour (day trip)
Two way transfer to and from the hotel, 3 bay break and lunch aboard the yacht. All drinks are extra charged.
