Vienna is referred to by many as a unique onion, with each of the urban layers surrounding the oldest historic center being equally important to the overall flavor of the city. The Austrian capital therefore embraces all the traditions of a European city, from Roman foundations through to Gothic, Baroque and Historicism. Tourists are eager to visit Vienna because of the city's exciting combination of the royal-imperial flair of the past with the latest trends, the responsible cultivation of a precious heritage and charming traditions. But much more than old buildings turn Vienna into a city of beauty: one also finds excellent museums, fine art collections and world-renowned works of art in the city.

The participation fee is  145€ per person for Hotel Event Pyramid 4*.

Accommodation Details

Participating groups will stay in  4* Pyramid Event Hotel https://www.eventhotel-pyramide.com/en on a BB basis and in 4* Arion City Hotel https://arion-cityhotel.com/de/hotel or Hotel Senator on request on a BB basis.

• Rooms: Groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 or 4 beds, each with its own private bathroom.
• The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.
• Check-in: 15:00 | Check-out: 10:00

Costs and Extras:

• Double Room: +5€/ person/day | Single Room: +45€ /day | Extra Night: 68€ /person/day
• On every 25 participants, the 26th person stays free of charge!

Additional Festival Information

Transfers:

Can transportation be arranged? Yes! For groups arriving by plane, festival organizers can arrange transportation to and from the airport, as well as during the festival days. The cost of transport will be calculated based on the group size and must be covered by the group.

Parking for Buses:

For groups traveling by bus, parking will be available at local rates set by the parking facility. Your bus can be used for transport throughout the festival.

Payment Terms:

The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. Payment schedule:

• 30% upon application to confirm participation.
• 40% no later than 60 days before the festival.
• 30% must be paid 10 days prior to the festival start.

Final participant lists must be submitted 30 days before the festival, after which advance payments are non-refundable.
