The accommodation of the participants will be organized in 2* and 3* hotels on a BB basis.
The groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 and 4 beds, or double rooms which are extra charged,
all with their own bathroom. Each group will be provided with 2 double rooms by the Festival, which can be used for the leaders and drivers.

HOW TO GET THERE?

The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. Any expense caused by the usage of the bus (accident, robbing, breakdown, etc.) should be covered by the vehicle’s insurance. Each member must have travel insurance policy.

The Parking for the buses is paid by the group at the rate set on the parking place.

The Festival Organizers can organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up
from airport, during the festival days and back to the same airport. The cost of the transportation will be
covered by the group and will be additionally agreed according to their number.
