Overview

Belgrade is the capital and largest city of Serbia, situated at the place where the river Sava joins the
Danube. It is one of the oldest cities in Europe and one of the greatest urban centers of the Balkan Peninsula. Belgrade is the capital of Serbian culture, education, and science and offers plenty of historical sites and cultural and artistic events. Beautiful places for walking and recreation are very famous as well as the vibrant nightlife of Belgrade.

Accommodation

PARTICIPATION FEE:

- 85 EUR per person in hotels with 3* (2 x BB - bed and breakfast, rooms with 2 or 3 beds)
Additional payment for a single room is 25 EUR per room per day.

- 110 EUR per person in hotels with 3* (2 x HB - half boards, rooms with 2 or 3 beds)
Additional payment for a single room is 25 EUR per room per day.

- Each 26 th  person - FREE OF CHARGE (25 paying + 1 free of charge)

- Drivers are included in total number of persons

- Approved groups pay in advance 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment. As the next step, the groups should pay in advance 20 EUR per person as reservation, which is to be deducted at the final payment

- If the group cancels participation in the festival less than 5 days before the festival the reservation expenses are not refundable

- Participation in the festival
- Organization expenses
- Diplomas and souvenirs
- English speaking guide for participating groups

PARTICIPATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

- Transport expenses (if the group comes by airplane, the organizer of the festival could arrange a bus during the festival at the cost of the group)
- Insurance
- Local transfers
- Facultative tours
- All kinds of drinks that are not included in the half board
- All other expenses not mentioned in the program of the festival
- Damage that participants make during the festival

All participants of the festival must have their own international health insurance

PRELIMINARY PROGRAM:

1st Day:

- Arrival of the groups at destination after 13 o’clock

- Accommodation

- Meeting with groups’ leaders

- Free time for sightseeing in the city

- Dinner(for the groups with HB accommodation).

2st Day:

- Breakfast

- Free time for sightseeing in the city

- Lunch(for the groups with HB accommodation)

- Evening performance

3rd Day:

- Breakfast

- Leaving the accommodation

*Possibility of extension of stay

If you are interested in participating in the festival, please fill in the Application form. You should also provide us with the history of your group, 3 - 5 photos and a video clip or link where we can see performances of your group. It is necessary that all approved groups bring to the festival the flag of their country and the board with the name of the group. During the festival, participants will have 1 or 2 performances. All groups must provide their own music, orchestra or USB/CD.

*The organizer of the festival reserves all rights to video and photos of all participants.

All participants of the festival must have their own international health insurance.

Things to do

1 – Explore The Old Kalemegdan Fortress

Located in one of the best parks in the famous white city. Kalemegdan is located in the city center, and it’s open 24/7, and it’s free. Here you will find the most famous statue in this part of Europe and its history might shock you.

2. Meet the Famous Pobednik (The Victor) Monument

Standing next to Pobednik, you will be able to soak in the most amazing view in the city, watching the two rivers creating a confluence.

3. Explore The Belgrade Underground

The entire park lies on top of underground tunnels, built by Romans centuries ago. You can actually visit these tunnels and even have a glass of wine, with expert tour guides.

4. Belgrade’s Military Museum

While exploring Kalemegdan you will see long lines of tanks and old munition. This area is Belgrade’s Military Museum, and it is part of the Historical Military museum located in Kalemegdan and available 24/7 for free.

5. Check out the Amazing Ruzica Church

Ruzica Church is the oldest church of Belgrade and it’s tucked into the side of Kalemgdan fortress. It’s actually in the north-eastern walls of the Fortress, under the Zindan gate.
