Overview
Csongrád, megye (county), southeastern Hungary. It is bordered by the counties of Jász-Nagykun Szolnok to the north and Békés to the east, by Romania and Serbia to the south, and by the county of Bács-Kiskun to the west. Szeged is the county seat. In addition to Szeged, the major cities are Szentes, Hódmezővásárhely, Csongrád, and Makó. About two-thirds of the population lives in these five major cities.
Accommodation
Participation fee:
- 89 euro per person (in student hostel & apartments – 3-4-5 bedded rooms, shared bathroom)
- 119 euro per person - 2* hotel, 2* apartment (2-3-4 bedded rooms, own bathroom)
- Additional days can be booked on demand (the price depends on the type of accommodation)
Participation fee includes:
- Participation in the festival concerts
- Accommodation in hotel, apartments, or in student hostel (3 nights)
- Half board

- Sightseeing in Csongrád city
Additional offers that can be booked:

Itinerary
The Organising Committee highly welcomes every participant (folk dancers, brass bands, majorettes from all around the world) at our Wine Festival in Csongrád.
The main goal of the festival is to bring closer the nations together, maintain the traditional values, and enjoy the performances of different art and nations.
We didn’t forget about the kids, so we are waiting for them with craft workshops.
Participants:
-Folklore groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, music bands from all over the world
-The number of the participants is not limited
-No age limits
-At every 25 participants - 1 is gratis
Conditions of participation:
-Two performances of a free program in Csongrád and in surrounding communities (15-20 min)
Program
1st day - 12 November
Afternoon arrival at Csongrád.
Accommodation at the hostel, meeting with group leader's
Dinner, free program
2nd day -13 November
Breakfast, morning sightseeing in Csongrád
Optional program–bathing in the swimming pool
Official opening ceremony of the festival – performance in Csongrád, short march, wine tasting

Breakfast, visit the wine cellar
