Overview
Istanbul is bounded on the north and the south by two seas, the Black Sea and the Sea of Marmara, respectively. The western half of the city lies in Europe while the eastern half is situated in Asia; in between the two halves flows the Bosphorus Strait. It is a city of great museums, historical places, and shopping centers and it is a lively metropolis with many social areas.
Accommodation
175 € per person/ all Festival time (4 NIGHTS /5 Days)
We will provide you Breakfast + traditional dinner and accommodation at the 3 * hotel centrum Ataşehir and Maltepe. Each room has 2-3 beds, a toilet, showers, and free internet wifi.
If a group come more than 30 people one leader is free. 40 people and more 2 free.
AIRPORT TRANSFER:
42 people on the bus, 18 euros per person, round trip
30 people on the bus, 23 euros per person, round trip
20 people on the bus, 28 euros per person, round trip
10 people on the bus, 35 euros per person, round trip

Itinerary
The Festival will start on 20 November 2023 at 16:00 and will end on 24 November 2023 at 10:00.
8 years old and above dancers can join the festival. Singing ensembles, majorettes, chorus, folk dance, and modern dance groups are welcome to participate. Groups will present a performance of 5,10,15 minutes. Music can be live or CD.
All genres and directions of art participate and there are no restrictions in age categories. Attention, the team may not take part in the stage skills competitions.
Payment for evaluation of one competition number:
-soloist, duet, the trio - 20 euros per participant,
-groups up to 10 people - 15 euros per participant,
-ensembles and groups of 10 or more people - 5 euros per participant
FESTIVAL MEDICAL INSURANCE: All groups are required to secure MEDICAL INSURANCE before
coming to the festival. The organization committee won’t pay any medical or hospital costs incurred during the festival period. However, for any emergency situations, we will provide an ambulance.
TRANSPORT: If the group is going to by PLANE, we are going to hire a bus for their all ground transportation. Groups will pay this bus cost. Bus, serves throughout the festival dates (Airport transfers, excursions program transfers (group will visit historical area in Europe side only once), and transfers to the field performance). On the first day of the festival, transportation fees should be paid to the festival committee. This is the cost of BUS for max. 44 people, a total of 900 €. If the group number of participants is less than 20 person bus cost is 800 € Solo –Duet or small groups 1 or max 4 people per person 120 euros.
If the group is coming by own BUS, the group will not pay us this transportation fee. The groups are going to pay the bus parking fees during the festival sightseeing. (all ground transportation will take almost 250 km.). And the festival committee won’t give any petrol for all ground transportation to the buses.
Special tours and trips in İstanbul are excluded.
A special Bosphorus boat trip will be organized for the groups who want to participate. The additional cost for this trip will be 20 Euro per person.
