Overview
Istanbul is a major city in Turkey that straddles Europe and Asia across the Bosphorus Strait. Its Old City reflects cultural influences of the many empires that once ruled here. In the Sultanahmet district, the open-air, Roman-era Hippodrome was for centuries the site of chariot races, and Egyptian obelisks also remain. The iconic Byzantine Hagia Sophia features a soaring 6th-century dome and rare Christian mosaics.

Hotel accommodation is 148 euros for a Bed and Breakfast. (4 nights, 5 days)
4-Star Quality Hotel
Double room price is:44 Euro per day per person
Single room price is 55 Euro per day
Triple rooms have 1 french bed and 1 single bed. Quadruple rooms have 1 french bed,1 single bed, and 1 extra bed. Extra bed is smaller than the other beds.
Payments will be made in cash at check-in.
For every 25 people, 1 person is free. (25 paying,1 free)

Itinerary
International Istanbul Dance and Music Festival” will be arranged between 15 – 20 June 2023 in İstanbul Turkey.
Participants have to come İstanbul on 15 June check in time is 14.00 ‘ oclock and leaving time is 20 June ,check out time is 11.00 a.m.
There is no limit for participant number.
Participants can use CD or live music.
Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision.The Festival committee will take care of weather conditions.
While the festival, participants will prepare their performance MOST 8 minutes longer. Groups have 2 performances. Choir groups also have performance 2 days. They will prepare their performance MAXİMUM 10 MİNUTES LONGER.
The performance will show in an open area. Performances will show in areas that bare 8 * 9 meters.
Transfers between the show area and the hotel will be provided by the festival committee (only by coming airplane).
The Festival committee will give a guide to all groups while the festival. The Festival language is English.
There will be historical and touristy trips for participants in their free time.
Accommodation, breakfast, and dinner were ensured by the festival committee.
Every type of travel, health insurance, and other insurances are in the group owns.
Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.
Airport transportations will be paid for by the groups, yet the festival committee can provide guidance for arrangements. The transportation between the festival place and hotel will be provided by the festival committee.

*Majorette Groups
* Dance Theatre
