Overview
Marmaris
Marmaris - the crossroad of the Aegean and Mediterranean seas part of the Mediterranean sea between neighbors Turkey and Greece in the Aegean sea. this is how the two neighbors refer to the part of the Mediterranean between them. the Aegean sea is connected to the black sea by the çanakkale and İstanbul straits. A frequently asked question; “Where is the beginning and end of the Mediterranean and Aegean seas?”.
Marmaris is just one of those places that can boast about anything, fine beaches, excellent sailing, adventure sports, top-class restaurants, intense nightlife with world-class discos & nightclubs, sumptuous local wines, and Mediterranean sunshine. Not to mention history. There can be few places on earth with such historic beauty. There are lots of great day-out attractions and many beautiful sights to visit and see in Marmaris.
Accommodation
- 3* HOTEL (All inclusive) - €175 per person
- 4* HOTEL (All inclusive) - €210 per person
*Extra day for 3* Hotel 45 € / Person
*Extra day for 4* Hotel 60 € / Person
Groups will be hosted altogether in 4* Hotel swhich group choose the hotel. The accommodation will start in 26 October 202 4at 14:00 and finish 31 October 2024 after the festival program ends.
The rooms are for 3 & 4 people. Only 2 double rooms will be given to the groups without any extra fee.
If members want to stay double room, they must pay 15 Euro/per person/day extra, and for single rooms 20 Euro/per person/day.
The committee will give 3 meals/per day (buffet meal) in Hotel. Either pocket or normal meal due to performance program. All drinks will be free during the staying time.
Every 25 participants - 1 person is free.

Itinerary
XXIII. International Marmaris Dance & Music Festival will be held between 26-31 October 2024
During the festival, the groups will perform their dances, sing songs, participate in activities and introduce their own cultures. They will visit the historic and touristic places of the beautiful region and make new friends with the world youths.
Participants: Folk Dance Groups, Modern Dance Groups, Pop Dance Groups, Choral Groups, Music Bands, Orchestras, Majorettes
Participating conditions are:
-Each country can participate in one group per category. (folk dance, pop dance, modern dance, choir, majorettes, orchestra)
-The committee won’t pay any fee to groups for attending the organization.
-The number of groups is not limited to a person, including the manager, leader musicians, drivers, and dancers.
-The age of dancers is not limited to the participant group.
-Performances should be either 5- 10 min.
-The groups may perform with live music or a Cd.
-The groups should come with their national flags.
-The participants’s group list which contains dancers, musicians, leaders, driver’s age, and sex should be sent to us before 15 August 2024

**Prom concept will be Red or White

Transportation
If group will arrive by plane to Dalaman Airport, transfer(Airport - Hotel, Hotel- Airport, transfer during the festival) can be organizing by the organizer.
If the group will arrive on their own bus, they will use their own transportation at the festival. (It is max. 5 km during the festival)
