It will be our pleasure to make your trip an unforgettable experience!

We can provide the following services for your group:

  • accommodation during the trip (in case you need a sleepover on your way to the chosen destination)
  • accommodation during the festival event you attend
  • travel and transportation tips and assistance
  • purchasing airplane and bus tickets
  • organizing transportation for a group or individuals
  • assist and advise in the procedure of issuing visas (if needed)

  • Participation in the festival
  • Accommodation in Lanterna Apartments (2)
    • Groups of 20+ receive 3 two-bed apartments.
    • The rest of the group stays in 3-, 4-, or 6-bed apartments (6-bed apartments include two bedrooms).
    • Single-apartment supplement: 30 euro per person per day.
  • Half-board buffet with drinks included
  • City tax
  • Diplomas, gifts
  • All organizational costs

Not included:

  • Transport
  • Optional excursions (recommended but not organized by the festival)

Itinerary

Participants

  • Open to folklore groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, choirs, and music bands.
  • Choirs must be able to perform on open-air stages.
  • No age limits and no limit on the number of participants.
  • Places are limited, early registration is advised.

11 September – Sightseeing & Performance

  • Breakfast
  • Optional sightseeing tour (Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč):
    • Pula: Roman Arena, Triumphal Arch of the Sergi, Temple of Augustus
    • Rovinj: Picturesque Venetian-style houses and the Church of St. Euphemia
    • Poreč: Historic Decumanus Street and UNESCO-listed Euphrasian Basilica
  • Dinner
  • Evening performance at the beachside stage in Vrsar
  • Festival disco at Lanterna

12 September – Central Istria Tour

  • Breakfast
  • Full-day excursion to the highlights of Central Istria:
    • Motovun: A hilltop medieval gem overlooking the Mirna Valley
    • Grožnjan: A charming artist town with rich cultural traditions
    • Visit the Dvigrad Castle ruins near Kanfanar
    • Svetvinčenat: A beautifully preserved medieval town with historical sites and lively cultural events
