Overview
Özdere is a small Turkish coastal settlement and resort town in the Menderes district of İzmir Province, along the Aegean Sea coast. It has a permanent population of around 15,000 people, which can rise to nearly 100,000 during the summer as a result of its popularity amongst tourists.
Accommodation
The festival fee is:
- 4 nights, 5 days - 80 euro per person
It covers organizational expenses, accommodation in a hotel for 4 nights with 3 meals per day. ( Open buffet breakfast, and open buffet dinner (Free nonalcohol drink ), Diesel contribution at these festivals and free transfer from the Airport.
The Groups will stay at hotel 3-4 stars hotel.
Groups will stay 3 persons in a room (1 French bed and 1 Single bed in each room). The Festival Committee will give the group a total of 12 rooms. No any other room can be given

Itinerary
Participants must be aged 15-45 years old.
The participants must be 35 people (including 2 driver, dancers and leaders).
The groups are requested to arrive in Özdere on 15 June 2023 - 12:00 and depart on 19 June 2023 - 12:00, after breakfast.
Gifts provide for each person is an attendance certificate. Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.
The Festival Committee will provide 200 liters of fuel if the group arrives own bus. If the group comes by plane, we will provide Gaziemir/İzmir airport transfer.
Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee. The groups will prepare 8-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare a minimum of 2 different performances and different costumes.
