Overview
Rimini, the famous seaside resort on the Adriatic Sea, is situated in northern-east Italy, just 20 km away from
the Republic of San Marino. Its 15 km long coast, lively nightlife, but also historical landmarks attract thousands of tourists every summer. It has a perfect position for a day trip to Italia in Miniatura, Mirabilandia (amusement park), the Republic of San Marino, and also visiting Venice, Rome and Florence on the way.

Additional Information:
Transfers
The organizers can arrange transportation for groups arriving by plane, including airport transfers and local transport during the festival.
Costs depend on group size and will be agreed upon separately.
Bus Parking
Groups arriving by bus are responsible for parking fees, which are set by the parking facilities.
Buses may be used for local transport during the festival; however, any additional costs (e.g., accidents or breakdowns) must be covered by the vehicle’s insurance.
Payment Terms:
- 30% deposit required upon application to confirm participation
- 40% payment due 60 days before the festival
- Remaining 30% balance due 10 days before the festival
Important:
A final participant list must be submitted 30 days before the festival start date. After this deadline, deposits are non-refundable.
Accommodation Details:
Participants will stay in 2 and 3 hotels in Rimini**, located close to the beach and performance venues. Some rooms have bunk beds. The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.
Please note that sunbeds and umbrellas are not included in the price according to the new EU system.
The price for a set of sun loungers was 18€ in 2025.
There are free (public) beaches between the beach bars.

Itinerary
The International Festival of dance and songs
“Rimini” is a non-competitive festival of traditional
and modern dances and songs performed by groups.
At the festival may participate children and youth
folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, choirs,
as well as groups and performers from other art
styles with minimum 10 persons on the stage. The
age of participants is not limited.
During the Festival each group will have at
least two performances in Rimini where groups
can perform either with live music or USB,
according to the program of the festival. Groups
should bring flag and a sign with the name of the
group for the Parade. All program activities will be
held at evening hours so every day is free for
participants to use the sandy beach or visit some of
the tourist attractions.

Mirabilandia is a 210-acre theme park, located in Savio, Italy, a frazione of Ravenna, which is located in Emilia-Romagna. With a total area of 850,000 square metres, it is the biggest park in Italy

San Marino is a mountainous microstate surrounded by north-central Italy. Among the world’s oldest republics, it retains much of its historic architecture
