Overview
Kuşadası – a beautiful vacation place with seven beaches looking on the horizon of the Aegean Sea, with the national park and fiery history – the ways of Greek, Persians, and Romans. Kuşadası is located 150 km from the airport in Bodrum and 90 km away from Izmir, easily accessible via Istanbul and by ferry from Canakkale. A perfect place to meet Turkish cuisine, and feel the spirit of Anatolia, with enjoying the nightlife, and the most beautiful sunset.
Accommodation
Accommodation for the participants is organized in Batihan Beach Resort & Spa” https://www.booking.com/Share-rvwyOM, 4* (ultra all inclusive), which is located on the beautiful beach, with the open buffet base (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks).
Accommodation is organized in 3-bed or 4 bedrooms. 3 double rooms are provided per group, free of charge, usually used by group leaders or drivers.
The participation fee is:
4 nights – 198 € per person
5 nights – 239 € per person
6 nights – 278 € per person
7 nights – 318 € per person

Itinerary
The international festival “Spirit of Anatolia” is a non-competitive nature festival. Groups that can join are folklore, dance groups, choirs, and Masoretic women, together with groups of other dance styles with a minimum of 10 participants on the stage. The age of the participants is not limited.
During the festival, every group will have 2 concerts on the open stages in Kuşadası, where groups can perform with live music or with USB. Depending on the number of participants, the duration of your show will be subsequently sent. All groups will have a meeting with the mayor.
The festival organizers will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from the airport, during the festival days, and back to the same airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed upon according to their number.

14:00 Arrival in Kuşadası and check-in in the Hotel
20:30 FFA Meeting and short description of the festival program (2 leaders per group max)
2nd day
10:00 Free Time
(Excursion day – Register for excursions before the start of the festival and experience Kuşadası like never before.)
15:00 Meeting with the mayor (Group leader + 2 couples in costumes.)
20:00 Parade
20:15 Concert (Depending on the number of groups we will let you know about the minutes of your performance.)

The organizer reserves the right to any changes in the program, and the participants will be informed on time. By applying you confirm that you accept all festival conditions!
