Overview
Prague- "the Mother of Cities", "the City of Hundred Spires", "the Golden City"
Prague is the equal of Paris in terms of beauty. Its history goes back a millennium. Each of Prague’s
districts has its own characteristic atmosphere and unique charm. Prague presents itself to you as a
changeable city, which likes to alternate styles: it is romantic and successful, ancient and modern, but
above all it is a city that is cosmopolitan and is used to welcoming foreigners.
We can provide the following services for your group:
- accommodation during the trip (in case you need a sleepover to your way to the chosen destination)
- accommodation during the festival event you attend
- travel and transportation tips and assistance
- purchasing airplane and bus tickets
- organizing transportation for a group or individuals
- assist and advise in the procedure of issuing visas (if needed)

DISCOUNT: For every 25th participant, 1 participant is free of charge

Accommodation Details
Participating groups will stay in comfortable 3-star hotels in Prague, on a Half Board Basis (breakfast and dinner included).
- Rooms: Groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 or 4 beds, each with its own private bathroom.
- The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.
- Check-in: 16:00 | Check-out: 12:00
Costs and Extras:
- Double Room: 10€/person/day
- Single Room: 45€/day
- Extra Night: 54€/person/day
Payment Terms:
The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. Payment schedule:
- 30% upon application to confirm participation.
- 40% no later than 60 days before the festival.
- 30% must be paid 10 days prior to the festival start.
Final participant lists must be submitted 30 days before the festival, after which advance payments are non-refundable.

Itinerary
The International Festival of dance and songs
“Spring Tale” is a non-competitive festival of
traditional and modern dances. At the festival may
participate children and youth folklore dance groups,
modern dance groups, instrumental groups, choirs,
as well as groups and performers from other art
styles with minimum 10 persons on the stage.
The age of participants is not limited.
During the Festival each group will have 1
performance which will be organized in a concert
hall where groups can perform either with live music
or USB. According to the number of participants the
minutes of the performance will be defined.
FESTIVAL PROGRAM
Detailed Festival Program will be given to you 1 month before the start of the festival.
1st day
16:00 Arrival and Check-in in Hotel
21:00 Meeting with FFA representative and a short description of the festival program.
2nd day
10:00 Excursion day – Guided city tour or Vltava river cruise - you must register one month before the start of the festival)
3rd day
10:00 Free Time (Excursion day – Guided city tour or Vltava river cruise - you must register one month before the start of the festival)
18:00 Concert (Depending on the number of the groups we will let you know about the minutes of your performance)
4th day
10:00 Departure of the groups after the breakfast For groups which are travelling to Paris: we recommend having break and visiting Dresden
Detailed Festival Program will be given to you 1 month before the start of the festival.
The organizer reserves the right to any changes in the program, and the participants will be informed on time. By applying you confirm that you accept all festival conditions!

This beautiful slice of nature is a popular destination for families with children who can pet and feed animals at the Children's Zoo.
