GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Groups may participate in the next categories:
-Dance Groups( folk, modern, modern folk, bailey, hip-hop, disco, ballroom dances, ballet and etc.)
- Choirs (folk, modern, classic, women, men, children, mixed choirs)
- Vocal ensembles and Vocalists (solo, duet, trio and etc.) modern and folk songs
-Instrumental Groups (rock, jazz bands, disco, folklore instrumental, vocal-instrumental groups)
-Fashion Theaters and Model Agencies
-Theaters and artistic reading

2. There is no age limit. At the festival can participate, in different age groups: 6-12y.; 13-16y.; young groups 17-25y; adults over 25 years. Also, mix groups are allowed. The number of participants is not limited.

3. ALL CHOREOGRAPHIC GROUPS and FASHION THEATRES PREPARE max 8 min program for opening and closing ceremonies, max 10 min program for the contest ( if the group needs brake it for costume changing, it must inform about this Festival Organization Committee 1 month before).

VOCAL AND INSTRUMENTAL GROUPS PREPARE max 7 min program for the festival opening and closing days and max 8 min program for the contest
Records for vocalists will allowed (-) or (-1).

THEATERS AND ARTISTIC READING GROUPS PREPARE max 8 min program for all performances

4. During the festival –the contest will work INTERNATIONAL JURY STAFF. The jury staff will consist of honored art workers from different countries and Georgia. All Jury members will get their Certificates. The maximum number of points is 10. The Jury member has no right to vote for his /her country groups. The Festival Committee will sum up the points . The Organization Committee will send the evaluation criteria for all participant groups according to their genre. Participant groups will get I, II, III places, Grand-Prix, and SPECIAL PRIZES FROM
SPONSORS. All participants will get diplomas and medals for the festival, and group leaders- special presents and cups. The jury will estimate the skills of participants, costumes, the technical skill of dancing or singing, repertoire, and musical material.

5. There will be exchanging of gifts with official representatives. Concerts will be: in the concert halls and in the open air as well.

TRANSPORTATION:
1. For the groups arriving by plane to Batumi transfers from the Batumi air-port to the hotel and back will be free. Also, transportation during the performances will be free.
2. The groups, coming to Batumi by their buses will have the responsibility of traveling expenses to and from Batumi. The organization committee will provide the gasoline during the transportation for the performances, 35 l on the 100km way.
3. For the groups coming by plane in Tbilisi or Kutaisi airports transfer from airport to hotel and back will be made by groups, or committee can help for additional
price to provide transportation Tbilisi-Batumi –Tbilisi or Kutaisi – Batumi – Kutaisi.

ADMISSION:
1. The groups will arrive in Batumi in the afternoon on the 28th of June and departure on the 3rd of July after breakfast. If groups want to stay an additional day they should pay 30 $ per day for one person
2. All participants must have travel health insurance before they come to our country.
3. All group leaders must bring a banner of the country they represent and 3-4 souvenirs for a gift exchange, and protocol visits with official persons and organizers.

Preliminary program:
28 June
12:00 - the arrival of the groups, accommodation in the hotel .
20:00 - dinner
21:00 - Meeting with the group leaders, discussing the festival program.

29 June
09:00- Breakfast in the hotel.
11:00-Parade in Batumi Boulevard.
14:00- Rehearsal.First-day performance. City tour and boating.
20:00- Dinner in the hotel

30 June
09:00 – Breakfast in the hotel
Free day.Excursion day. Possible for a long distance (additional price)
20:00- Dinner at the hotel

1 July
09:00- Breakfast
10:00 – Free day, possible excursion on the long distance. (additional price)
20:00- Dinner at the hotel

2 July
09:00- Breakfast
11:00- Conference for group leaders .Meeting with the festival organizers, sponsors and
official representatives, gift exchange
13:00 – Performance of Contest program.
18:00- Ceremony of Groups Awarding
20:00- Dinner at the hotel

3 July
12:00 – Departure of groups
