Overview
The International Festival “Festia Tarragona” is a non-competitive celebration of traditional and modern dance, music, and performance. The festival is open to folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, vocal and instrumental groups, choirs, and performers from other art styles. There are no age limits, allowing all participants to come together and share their artistic talents.
Each group will perform in two concerts and a defile, with performance durations based on the number of participants.

Accommodation Details
Participants will stay in 4* Hotel Alegria Pino Alto (https://hotelpinoaltomiamiplatja.com-hotel.com) on a Half Board basis (breakfast and lunch).
- Groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 beds, each featuring a private bathroom. Accommodation in rooms with 4 beds is possible but is not comfortable and not recommended for 4 adults.
- The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.
- For every 25 participants, the 26th participant stays free.

Additional Festival Information
Transfers:
The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. Any expense caused by the usage of the bus (accident, robbing, breakdown, etc.) should be covered by the vehicle’s insurance. Each member must have a travel insurance policy. The festival organizers will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from Barcelona or Girona airports, and back to the same airport. The cost of the bus transportation on request.
Bus Parking:
The Parking for the buses is paid by the group at the rate set on the parking place. (approximately 25€ per day). Price from 2025. New price in February 2026.
Payment Details:
- A 30% deposit is required with the initial application to confirm participation.
- 40% of the total fee is due 60 days before the festival.
- The remaining 30% balance must be paid 10 days before the festival starts.
The final participant list must be submitted 30 days before the festival start date. Deposits are non-refundable after this date.
