Overview
The Emilia Romagna is one of the most beautiful Italian regions, a region that managed to keep up both its rural nature and its maritime splendor.
Each time someone travels to this Italian region, one can always explore new itineraries and unique experiences.
It is a vast well known worldwide region, where its people love to live and probably its also one of the best tourist destinations in Europe. Infact, Emilia Romagna is definitely unique in its landscapes and its famous seaside locations all around.

N.B.
* If due to flight itineraries, or else if you prefer so, you will have to spend extra nights, arrangements can be done. Cost of extra nights are €50 per person per night on half board basis and 40€ per person per night on BB basis.
* The group will be accommodated in one of the affiliated Hotels.
* Each group is responsible for airfare/transportation to the Emilia Romagna Region.
* Participating groups should take the Festival accommodation packages.
* The Organisation can make the necessary arrangements for the airport transfer.
* Once a group confirms its participation, the group will be asked for a deposit of approximate 30% of the total cost. This deposit is not refundable.
* Full payment must be settled by not later than one month from the Festival dates. Any persons from the group, who opt to cancel their participation, for any reason even if this is beyond their control, will be only refunded if this cancellation is effected up to 10 days before the Festival dates. In the 10 days preceeding the Festival, no refunds can be issued.

Itinerary
This non competitive International Choir Festival is open for polyphonic choirs, gospel choirs, male or female or mixed choirs, youth choirs, alpine choirs, local parish choirs and even children choirs. The participating
choirs will have the opportunity to perform their own songs and hence spread their choral culture and traditions with the other participating choirs and the public attending for the Festival.
Music has no limits. It connects people from all over the world and sometimes can even overcome any language barriers. Choral music helps to express feelings in many different ways and bring cultures, even the most distant, closer together. In this sense, this Festival is targeted to be a good base for meeting and socialising, between the participating groups.
The Festival will be spread on 3 different evenings in three beautiful baroque churches, such as those of Rimini, Riccione, Cesena, Ravenna and Cesenatico amongst others.
Each choir will be able to perform in its own style, which must be religious/sacred, given that the concerts will be held in churches. Each choir can perform "a cappella", or accompanied by an organ or other musical instruments. The Organisation will arrange so that the church
organ will be available for each performance. If the church organ, for some reason, cannot be used, it will be replaced by an electric piano/keyboard. Any other instrument must be brought by each choir. At the end of the final Festival night, all participating choirs will unite and sing one song all together.
DRAFT FESTIVAL PROGRAM:
Friday 8th May
- Arrival of all groups in the morning, (groups must arrive before 13 hrs)
- Lunch at the Hotel (if the group is on half board basis).
- In the evening, the first Festival night to be held in one of the Region churches.
Saturday 9th May
- Breakfast at the Hotel
- Free morning or possible optional excursions, which will be offered by the Organisation to unique places such as San Marino, Bologna, Ravenna, Italy in Miniature, etc.
- Lunch at the Hotel (if the group is on half board basis).
- In the evening, the second Festival night in another baroque church.
Sunday 10th May
- Breakfast at the Hotel
- Free morning or possible optional excursions
- Lunch at the Hotel (if the group is on half board basis).
- In the evening, the final Festival night, with the participation of all participating choirs. At the end of the concert, there will be official presentations to all choirs, by the Festival Organisation.
Monday 11th May
- Breakfast at the Hotel
- Departure of all groups. Depending on the departure time, it will also be possible to organise an optional excursion.
