Overview
Ürgüp is a town and district of Nevşehir Province in the Central Anatolia region of Turkey. It is located in the historical region of Cappadocia, and near the cave Churches of Göreme. According to 2010 census, the population of the district is 34,372 of which 18,631 live in the town of Ürgüp.
Accommodation
The Groups will stay at hotel 3-4 stars hotel.
The groups are requested to arrive in Cappadocia on 08 September 2022 - 12:00 and depart on 12 September 2022 - 12:00, after breakfast.
The festival fee is:
-4 nights 5 days - 149 euro per person
-5 nights 6 days - 179 euro per person
It covers organizational expenses, accommodation in a Hotel for 4 nights with 3 meals per day. ( Open buffet breakfast, and open buffet dinner (Free non alcohol drink ).
On every 25 participants, one member is free of charge. For double rooms, there is a supplement of 3 € per person per day, for single rooms 15 € per person per day.

Itinerary
Gifts provide for each person is an attendance certificate. Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.
We will prefer for dance groups with live music but recorded music also acceptable.
Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee.
The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances.
