Overview
Kobuleti is a town in Adjara, western Georgia, situated on the eastern coast of the Black Sea. It is the seat of Kobuleti Municipality and a seaside resort, who is annually visited not only by the Georgians themselves but also by many residents of the former Soviet Union.
Kobuleti is especially rich in ancient monuments of the stone and early feudal ages. Two archaeological monuments of the stone age (Archaeological Monuments of Khutsubani and Kobobuleti) and one archaeological monument of the bronze age (Chaisubani) have been discovered on the territory of the municipality.
In the evening Kobuleti turns into a noisy, cheerful resort city with good restaurants, cozy cafes, and active the nightlife of bars, nightclubs, and disco clubs.
Batumi, a Black Sea resort is the second-largest city of Georgia and the capital of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. It is situated in a subtropical zone at the foot of the Caucasus. Much of Batumi's economy revolves around tourism and gambling (it is nicknamed "The Las Vegas of the Black Sea"), but the city is also an important seaport Batumi Boulevard encompasses a waterfront promenade with a park and beach. Since 2010, Batumi has been transformed by the construction of modern high-rise buildings, as well as the restoration of classical 19th-century edifices lining its historic Old Town.
Accommodation
Groups will arrive in Kobuleti (Residence of festival participants. Black Sea resort) on 22 June 2024 in the afternoon and depart from Kobuleti on 27 June 2024 after breakfast.
Five full days (partially sixth day) accommodation in hotels, meals three times a day, interesting rest and pastimes, and performances at the festival will cost 200 euros for each participant.

Itinerary

1. For groups that will arrive by plane (airports: Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Batumi ...), we will help to hire buses for transportation from the airport to the destination and
back, from the location of the groups to the airport
2. The minimum number of participants in the festival from each group should be 10 and the maximum number is not limited.
3. The minimum age of participants in the festival is 10 years. The maximum age is not limited.
4. All foreign participants of the festival must have international medical insurance. Without medical insurance, participants will not be allowed to take
part in the festival.
5. For dance groups at the festival are allowed both live music and recorded music.
6. Duration of the performance for each group, at the gala concerts should be no more than 10 minutes. In other performances no more than 15 minutes.
7. All participating groups will receive appropriate certificates and awards.
8. Accommodation for all groups will be arranged in family hotels or in hotels for two three or four visitors with tv, shower, and toilet in each room.
9. Participants of the festival will be provided with three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Meals will be varied and quality.
10. The Festival organizers reserve the right of any additional changes in the program and the schedule of the concerts and other Festival-competition initiatives.
11. Organizers of the festival will not be responsible for any damages which might occur to the participants or to their belongings.
12. Organizers of the festival have the right to use and distribute (without payment) video recordings, booklets, and other kinds of products produced during
the events of the festival.
Attention:
-Required Recording music of high sound quality. It is necessary to have a copy of the recording music on the flash media (flash drive).
-School pupils and students of higher education must have with them their certificates.
-During accommodation in hotels, participants of the festival must conscientiously relate to the property of the owner and observe cleanliness and order. If any participant damages the property of the hotel, compensation must be reproduced by the leader (leaders) of the groups.
