Overview
Amasra is a small Black Sea port town in the Bartın Province, Turkey, formerly known as Amastris. The town is today much appreciated for its beaches and natural setting, which has made tourism the most important activity for its inhabitants. In 2010 the population was 6,500.
Accommodation
The participation fee is 60 euros per person. And For those who do not have their own bus, a minibus rental will be made, so the fee per person is 85 euros.
-4 nights' accommodation at the declared hotel
-2 meals per day \ morning and evening.

Itinerary
One of the main goals of our festival is to provide the participating groups with an opportunity to get to know each other's cultures. Therefore, we not only deal with good stage events, but we also hope that the participating groups will be sincere as well.
Participants will also be a good opportunity to learn about Turkish culture and folklore and enjoy the Spring term at BARTIN / AMASRA.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Groups will arrive by bus.
2. English speaking guide.
3. Normal health insurance for each participant during the festival.
4. Gifts for each person, t-shirt and participant's gift
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GROUPS
1. The age of the dancers does not matter, both children and large groups will attend.
2. The number of members of the group: Maximum 55 people.
3. Each group should bring the flags of their country.
4. We prefer bands with live music, but recorded music is also possible.
