GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Groups may participate in the next categories:
-Dance Groups( folk, modern, modern folk, ballet, hip-hop, disco, ballroom dances and etc.)
- Choirs (children , adult, folklore and classic choirs)
-Vocal ( folk and modern bands , solo, duet, trio…. Ensembles)
-Instrumental Groups ( folklore instrumental , modern bands groups

2. There is no age and number liit. The age of participants is may range from children groups 6 – 10 y., 11-13y.,14-16 y. youth groups 17-25 years old and
adults 25 years old and more

3. There is no contest fee.

4. The groups should have prepared 8 min program on the opening and closing ceremonies and 10 min program for the contest. For dance groups, it is possible both live music and high-quality records.
For choirs, vocalists, and instrumental groups (-) or (-1) CD records.

5. During the festival –the contest will work with INTERNATIONAL JURY STAFF. The jury staff will consist of the honored art-workers from different countries and Georgia. All Jury members will get their
Certificates. The maximum number of points are 10 .The Jury member has not right to vote for his /her country groups. The Festival Committee will sum up points.The Organization Committee will send the evaluation criteria for all participant groups according to their genre. Participant groups will get I, II, III
places, Grand-Prix and SPECIAL PRIZES FROM SPONSORS. All participants will get diplomas and medals for the festival, and group leaders- special presents and cups. The jury will estimate the skill of
the participants.

CONTEST REQUIREMENTS :
ALL CHOREOGRAPHIC GROUPS and FASHION THEATRES PREPARE max 8 min program for opening and closing ceremonies , max 10 min program for the contest ( if the group needs brake it for costume changing, it must inform about this Festival Organization Committee 1 month before) .

VOCAL AND INSTRUMENTAL GROUPS PREPARE a max 7 min program for the festival opening and closing days and a max 8 min program for the contest Records for vocalists will allow (-) or (-1).

THEATERS AND ARTISTIC READING GROUPS PREPARE max 8 min program for all performances

TRANSPORTATION:
1. The groups, coming to Batumi by their buses will have the responsibility of traveling expenses to and from Batumi, and transportation during the festival days.
2. Transfers Tbilisi –Batumi and back - 30 euro ;
3. Transfer Kutaisi airports to the hotel and back -20 euro
4. Transfers Batumi air-port –hotel and back -10 euro
5. Prices are for both ways.
6. Transportation for 5 days -20 euro.

ADMISSION:
1. The groups will arrive in Batumi in the afternoon on the 04th of July and departure on the 09th of July after breakfast.
2. All participants must have travel health insurance before they come to our country.
3. All group leaders must bring a banner of the country they represent and 3-4 souvenirs for protocol visits with official persons and organizers.

CHANGEABLE PRELIMINARY PROGRAM:
28 June
12:00 - the arrival of the groups , accommodation in the hotel .
20:00 - dinner
21:00 - Meeting with the group leaders, discussing the festival program.

29 June
09:00- Breakfast in the hotel.
11:00-Parade in Batumi Boulevard.
14:00- Rehearsal.First-day performance. City tour and boating.
20:00- Dinner in the hotel

30 June
09:00 – Breakfast in the hotel
Free day .Excursion day. Possible for a long distance ( additional price)
20:00- Dinner at the hotel

01 July
09:00- Breakfast
10:00 – Free day , possible excursion on the long distance. additional price)
20:00- Dinner at the hotel

02 July
09:00- Breakfast
11:00- Conference for group leaders. Meeting with the festival organizers, sponsors and official representatives, gift exchange
13:00 – Performance of Contest program.
18:00- Ceremony of Groups Awarding
20:00- Dinner at the hotel

03 July
09:00- breakfast
12:00 – Departure of groups
