Overview
Batumi- The Las Vegas of the Black Sea
Batumi is the pearl of Georgia on the Black Sea coast and the largest resort city in the country. It is the best place for a summer beach vacation in Georgia, with a long promenade full of entertainment, an old quarter with bars, restaurants, and souvenir stores, and many beautiful locations in the surrounding area. Batumi is perfect for a fun trip with its warm Georgian charm and tropical climate.
Accommodation
ACCOMODATION:
The accommodation will be in the 3*** and in the 3***standard Hotels with three meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
For every 20 people -1 group leader will be charge free.
For group of 50 people –there will be 3 people gratis.
The price for 1 night – 38 euro per person
The price for 5 nights –190 euro per person
The price for 6 nights –228 euro per person
The price for 7 nights – 266 euro per person
*Optional: Accommodation in 4-star hotel on Half-board basis (breakfast and dinner) for 45 EUR per person per night
The groups can stay more nights
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
- Accommodation at the hotel
- 3 meals a day (breakfast , lunch and dinner)
- transportation during the festival performances
- awarding of participants with diplomas and medals
- performances in the concert halls and open air stages , for group leaders festival cups and special gifts
- participation in 2-3 performances
- gift exchange with group leaders and organizers
TRANSPORTATION:
- The groups, coming in Batumi by their buses will have the responsibility of traveling expenses to and from Batumi, transportation during the festival days. The organizing committee will provide for buses petrol( for 100 km-35 l ) for the group’s transportation during the performances
- For groups , who will arrive by the air-planes the transportation during the performance days is free
ADMISSION:
- The groups will arrive in Batumi in the afternoon on the 25th of June and departure on the 30rd of June after breakfast.
- All participants must to have the travel health insurance before they come to our country.
All group-leaders must bring banner of the country they represent and 3-4 souvenirs for gift exchange, protocol visits with official persons and organizers. There will be exchanging of gifts with official representatives. Concerts will be: in the concert halls and at the open air as well

Itinerary
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Groups may participate in the next categories:
-Dance Groups ( folk, modern, modern folk, bailey, hip-hop, disco, ballroom dances, ballet and etc.)
- Choirs (folk, modern, classic, women, men, children , mixed choirs)
- Vocal ensembles and Vocalists (solo, duet, trio and etc.) modern and folk songs
-Instrumental Groups ( rock , jazz bands , disco, folklore instrumental , vocal- instrumental groups)
-Fashion Theaters and Model Agencies
-Theaters and artistic reading
2. THE AGE AND NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS.
There is no age limit.
Number of participants is not limited.
In the festival can participate different age groups:
children groups 6 – 10 y., 11-13y.,14-16 y.
youth groups 17-25 years old
adults 25 years old and more
veteran groups
3. ALL CHOREOGRAPHIC GROUPS and FASHION THEATRES PREPARE max 8 min program for opening and closing ceremonies , max 10 min program for the contest ( if group needs brake it for costume changing , it must inform about this Festival Organization Committee 1 month before) .
VOCAL AND INSTRUMENTAL GROUPS PREPARE max 7 min program for the festival opening and closing days and max 8 min program for the contest Records for vocalists will allowed (-) or (-1).
THEATERS AND ARTISTIC READING GROUPS PREPARE max 15 min program for a competition and max 8 min program for other performance all performances
4. During the festival –contest will work INTERNATIONAL JURY STAFF.
Jury staff consists from the honored art-workers from different countries and from Georgia. All Jury members will get their Certificates. The maximum number of points is 10 .
The Jury member has not right to vote for groups from their country.
The Festival Committee will sum up points .The Organization Committee will send the evaluation criteria for all participant groups according their genre.
Participant groups will get I, II, III places, Grand-prix and SPECIAL PRIZES FROM SPONSORS.
All participants will get diplomas and medals of the festival, group leaders- special presents and cups. Jury will estimate skill of participants, costumes, technical skill of dancing or singing, repertoire and musical material.

- 12:00 - the arrival of the groups, accommodation in the hotel
- Lunch
- 20:00 - dinner
- 21:00 - Meeting with the group leaders, discussing the festival program.
26 June
- 09:00- Breakfast in the hotel.
- 11:00-Parade in Batumi Boulevard.
- Lunch
- 14:00- Rehearsal .First day performance.. City tour and boating.
- 20:00- Dinner in the hotel
27 June
- 09:00 – Breakfast in the hotel
- Free day .Excursion day. Possible for a long distance (additional price)

28 June
- 09:00- Breakfast
- 10:00 – Free day, possible excursion on the long distance. (additional price)
