One of the main goals of our festival is to provide the participating groups with an opportunity to get to know each other's cultures. Therefore, we not only deal with good stage events, but we also hope that the participating groups will be sincere as well.

Participants will also be a good opportunity to learn about Turkish culture and folklore and enjoy the Spring term at BARTIN / AMASRA.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Groups will arrive by bus.
2. English speaking guide.
3. Normal health insurance for each participant during the festival.
4. Gifts for each person, t-shirt and participant's gift
5. Groups will come to the festival area with their own buses and 100 liters of diesel will be given to the groups on their return.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GROUPS
1. The age of the dancers does not matter, both children and large groups will attend.
2. The number of members of the group: Maximum 55 people.
3. Groups are requested to reach the bar on 20 August 2021. Departure on the morning of 24 August 2021
4. Each group should bring the flags of their country.
5. We prefer bands with live music, but recorded music is also possible.

19.00 The opening ceremony of the festival, the cortege march is set in front of the municipal
facilities and in the center of Amasra
