Accommodation Details

Participants will stay in comfortable 2 and 3 hotels in Paris** on a Bed & Breakfast basis, with rooms accommodating 3–4 people. All rooms have private bathrooms.

  • The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.
  • Check-in: 16:00h | Check-out: 11:00h
  • For every 25 participants, the 26th participant stays free of charge.

Extra Charges:

  • Double Room: €16 per person/day
  • Single Room: €62 per day
  • Extra Night: €69 per person/day

 

Payment Details:

  • A 30% deposit is required with the application to confirm participation.
  • A 40% payment is due 60 days before the festival.
  • The remaining 30% balance must be paid 10 days before the festival start date.

Final participant lists must be submitted 30 days before the festival, after which advance payments are non-refundable.

Itinerary

The International Festival of dance and songs
“City of Lights” is a non-competitive festival of
traditional and modern dances. At the festival may
participate children and youth folklore dance groups,
modern dance groups, instrumental groups, choirs,
as well as groups and performers from other art
styles with minimum 10 persons on the stage.

The age of participants is not limited.
During the Festival each Group will have 1
performance which will be organized in a concert
hall where groups can perform either with live music
or USB. According to the number of participants the
minutes of the performance will be defined.

 

FESTIVAL PROGRAM

Detailed Festival Program will be given to you 1 month before the start of the festival.

1st day

16:00 Arrival in Paris, city tour (we recommend with a guide). Guided sightseeing tour: Louvre, Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre. Hotel check-in and free time

2nd day

10:00 Free Time (Excursion day – Eiffel tower and Seine river cruise - you must register one month before the start of the festival)

18:00 Concert (Depending on the number of the groups we will let you know about the minutes of your performance)

3rd day

10:00 Departure of the groups after the breakfast (for groups staying 2 nights) Excursion day – Disneyland / Asterix park– open until 22:00 (application deadline is 31.12.2025.)

4th day (for groups staying 3 nights)

10:00 Departure of the groups after the breakfast. For information about cities and breaks during the trip, please ask your FFA agent.

Detailed Festival Program will be given to you 1 month before the start of the festival.

The organizer reserves the right to any changes in the program, and the participants will be informed on time. By applying you confirm that you accept all festival conditions!
