The amount of 150 euros are non-refundable if the world conditions about covid-19 or war or any word disasters doesn't allow the organizers to continue with the festival as we will pay that money to reservations of everything we provide.

If you want to bring people just to visit Cyprus and have fun as escorts of your group then they have to pay 290 euros per person.

This sum includes:
• Accommodation, in 2 or 3 or 4 beds rooms apartments or flats or hotels for 5 nights
• 3 buffet meals per day except of the first day 12-9-2024 which will be free for arrivals
• Internal transportation to the venues and hotels
• Transportation from and to Larnaka airport only
• Free entrance to venues and archaeological museums.

• Traditional parties
• Presents and t-shirt
• The leader is free if the group has 30 members
• We can invite one Vip person in every group of 30 participants, as the Mayer of the town as our guest

Whoever would like to book single or double room has
to pay the difference, but on our special hotel price offers. The single room is 45 euros EXTRA per night, per person and the double room is 30 euros EXTRA per night, per person.

If groups decide to come earlier or stay in Cyprus more days, for any reason, they must pay 30 euros for any EXTRA night of accommodation.
