Overview
Pesaro- The UNESCO Creative City of Music
GRAND INTERFEST is an international creative project created in cooperation with the City Hall Pesaro and representatives of cultural associations. Like last year, the festival will be held in Italy, more precisely in the city of Pesaro, where participants from all over Europe will perform in a variety of nominations and genres, competing for diplomas, cups and Grand Prix.
Participants
Soloists, duets, trios, small groups (4–10 people), ensembles (11+ people), orchestras, choirs, theatre groups and creative collectives are invited to participate.
Minimum participant age: 5 years

ACCOMMODATION:
350 € per person - 7 nights (full program) - 13 June - 20 June 2026
Accommodation fee includes:
- 3-star Hotel President (1st line) – TRPL, QDPL
- Full board meal every day: breakfast, lunch, dinner
- City tax
- Free Head of collective: 20+1 free
Fee does not include:
- Extra pay for DBL - 5 € per person per day
- The travelling expenses to and from the festival’s location as well as the costs of stay, lasting four days is covered by the groups themselves.
- Upon request organizers can arrange bus transfers from airports to the hotel for additional fee.
PARTICIPATION FEE:
Full Festival Fee (includes festival participation, 1 disco, 1 festival evening, festival T-shirt, medals & cups):
• 30 € – per participant for ensembles (incl. medal for each participant, ensemble cup, diploma each performance)
• 55 € – solo (incl: 1 cup, 1 diploma)
• 65 € – duet (incl: 2 cup, 2 diploma)
• 75 € – trio (incl: 3 cup, 3 diploma).
Standard Festival Fee (festival participation only):
• 10 € – per participant for ensembles (incl: 1 cup for each ensemble, 1 diploma for each performance)
• 45 € – solo (incl: 1 cup, 1 diploma)
• 55 € – duet (incl: 2 cup, 2 diploma)
• 65 € – trio (incl: 3 cup, 3 diploma)
It is allowed to participate in several nominations for an additional fee. For participation in an additional nomination:
- Groups (more than 4 participants) pay an additional fee of 5 € per participant.
- Trios, duets and soloists pay 20 € per participant

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION:
Genres and time limits:

Choreography: Classical, folk, folk-stylized, modern, pop, story dance, oriental, sports dance, street styles (hip-hop, house, techno, breakdance, locking etc.), ballroom (Latin & Standard), dance show, historical folk dance.
Time limit: up to 4 minutes.
Vocal: Academic, folk, pop, jazz.
Performance options: backing track “–1”, instrumental accompaniment, a cappella (backing vocals allowed if not duplicating the main part).
Time limit: up to 4 minutes.
Choral Groups: Academic, pop, jazz, folk.
Time limit: up to 4 minutes.
Instrumental: Classical, folk, pop, jazz.
Time limit: up to 4 minutes.
Folklore / Ethnographic: Performances based on regional traditions, customs and rituals.
Time limit: up to 10 minutes.
Theatre: Musical, drama, chamber performance, dance theatre, puppet theatre, mime, street theatre, parody, shadow theatre, mono-performance, declamation.
Time limit: up to 10 minutes.
Circus Arts: Acrobatics, gymnastics, contortion, juggling, clownery, equilibristics, illusion, original genre.
Time limit: up to 4 minutes.
Important: leaders ensure full safety & technical setup.
Fine Arts: Painting, graphics, art photography, arts & crafts.
• Home works: any technique, up to A1, framed with 40 mm white passe-partout.
• Plein-air sketches: A3, created during the festival.
Submitted works remain in the festival collection.
Awards
- Laureates I, II, III degree
- Diploma holders I, II, III degree
- Each ensemble receives a festival cup
- Teachers receive letters of gratitude
- Certificates, "Best" Cups, "Grand Prix" Cup are awarded according to the decision of the Festival Jury members.
